This adorable beachside condo just became available for rental and it will make for a wonderful getaway in Seagrove Beach. It is 50 steps from the beach and right in the middle of several shops and restaurants. It's a beautifully furnished ground-floor unit with a very "beachy" look and feel. We also have a limited gulf view through the two front buildings.
The master has a queen-sized bed and it's own private bath. There are bunks in the hall with a pirate motif for the kids, and the hall bath is also a full bath. The sofa in the living area is a pullout. 6 can sleep comfortably at night and enjoy the beach all day! We just added high-speed internet service too!!
It was recently redecorated and painted, and this unit is an end unit away from the parking lot allowing more privacy. There is a beach walkover, pool, and a BBQ grill only a few steps away. No smoking.

Seagrove Beach is a great vacation spot for everyone - adults and kids! The beach is gorgeous! Aside from walking on the beach or playing in the pool, Seagrove offers lots of activities including
biking, kayaking, shopping, and wonderful local restaurants. The bike path along Scenic Hwy 30A runs just in front of the building, and Seaside is only one and one-half miles away.
There are also lots of things to do with your kids - Seaside amphitheatre is a great place for the kids to run around or toss a Frisbee while you enjoy a yummy homemade snack from the various
eateries. Your kids can enjoy the refreshing fountains of Seacrest Beach while you relax on a bench or walk around the shops, and the unique shops of Rosemary Beach are just a few steps away. Destin Commons is a nice place to shop (for Mom & Dad), and there's a fun play area for the kids to play - they can stay dry playing on the slides or they can get wet in the fountains! Sandestin Wharf is full of great restaurants and shops and there's a HUGE playground fun for kids of all ages (even moms and dads!)

This is a wonderful unit! Very clean and well maintained. The management was wonderful to work with. It is so close to the beach (on the same side of the road). It is within walking distance of several restaurants and Publix grocery store is less than 5 minutes away. We will definitely be staying here again. I highly recommend it!!
