Our 4 BEDROOM and 4 EN-SUITE BATHROOM town home is the jewel in the crown of Mountain Village accommodations. Completed in March 2008 it is guaranteed to WOW with its design, decor and 7 person hot tub.
2 King and 2 Twin bedrooms (which can also be converted to kings) all with en-suite bathrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area all provide spacious and comfortable accommodation for up to 10 people.
What makes this property so special however is the hot tub on its 4th floor private deck with unbeatable views of the Ski Mountain! What better way to end your day than with a glass of wine or beer while the massage jets of this high end spa sooth your muscles, all in the privacy of your own vacation home?
The ground floor comprises a king bedroom and en-suite Bathroom with granite vanity and tub with shower over. On this level there is also a laundry room with washer and dryer and a heated garage with ski storage.
The under-floor heated spacious second floor is given over entirely to an inspiring open-plan kitchen, dining and living area which combine to create the perfect living space. With comfortable seating and dining space for your group this area includes a feature gas log fireplace, 40 inch flat-screen TV, DVD player and Stereo with iPOD dock. There are also two decks accessed from this level to make the most of the sunny days.
The third floor has two twin bedrooms (which can be converted to kings). Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with luxury fittings and granite vanity units.
The top floor houses the master king suite – a king bedroom with large walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with twin washbasins and tub with shower over. The large private covered deck with luxury spa and views of the ski mountain is also accessed from this floor.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at the Blackhawk Townhomes in Steamboat over the Xmas and new year 08/09, all I can say is wow. Louise, Paul and Mark not only do you have some of the best real estate in town you back this up with impeccable service and quality of accommodation. I cant rate Simply Steamboat high enough from the very first interaction with them they could have done nothing more. It was as if all I had to do was book the flights and everything else was done, we were minutes walking distance away from the slopes and restaurants and that picture of the Jacuzzi just brings back the memories of long days in the powder snow and long nights soothing the sore muscles. I wish I was there now, there is just so much to see in do in Steamboat our family had a ball and we plan to come back again in the coming years. We would highly recommend that you give Louise Paul and Mark a call we certainly will be staying there again in years to come, you wont be let down.

We stayed for 10 days at steamboat in the Blackhawk townhouses. They were superbly laid out and have every conceiveable item you would ever need for a fabulous stay. We had two families together and there was plenty of room for everyone. We had BBQ's in the snow and cooked happily as the kitchen was so easy to manouver about in-even the guys cooked! The overnight heated rental for our ski stuff was so convenient and made it easy to walk back home after a hard days ski. It was also in a great location to catch the shuttle, for peace and quiet and walk everywhere! The town of Steamboat is also a great attraction, with many restaurants and easy to get to with really helpful ski rental guys ( from SkiHaus) who even picked us up and delivered us all back with our gear, a few times actually.. Paul and Louise looked after us so well and attended to our every request. They we so helpful and came every day to check on us, the spa and scoop out the wonderful excess snow. Steamboat is a perfect place for all ages. It has a great atmosphere and is very down to earth with friendly people. Thanks. We hope to return! Chris & David. Sydney Australia.
