Welcome to Punta Esmeralda! Girasol 401 is a fabulous new 2,333 square foot, three bedroom condo located on the north side of Banderas Bay.

Our condo features two large king master suites, one with a private balcony. The third bedroom has two double beds, with a beautiful mountain view.

Girasol 401 has a fully-stocked kitchen and laundry room with washer & dryer. The entire condo is air conditioned with seperate thermostat controls in each room. The main living area, as well as both master suites have a GORGEOUS fourth floor view of Banderas Bay and the City of Puerto Vallarta, which opens to the Pacific Ocean.

Punta Esmeralda is set between the charming Mexican towns of Bucerias and La Cruz. Abundant golf courses, marinas, fishing, outdoor activities, and many other local attractions of Puerto Vallarta are all within five to twenty minutes.

Our condo is within easy flight access of all major North American cities. A distinct residential community in a zone of high appreciation, worthy of the vacation of a lifetime.


Punta Esmeralda is a master planned, gated community with 24 hour security, eight swimming pools, beach club with restaurant, fitness room, spa and two tennis courts.

The development is located thirty minutes north of downtown Puerto Vallarta, twenty five minutes from the airport and twenty minutes from the unique "surfing" town of Sayulita. There is abundant shopping, various activities and excellent restaurants all within minutes of our condo.

  • This had to be the most relaxing vacation I have ever been on. I was there in June and it was gorgeous. The condo (Girasol 401 in Punta Esmeralda)was AWESOME! There was plenty of room and everything was very comfortable. The view was absolutely spectacular and the pools were the bluest of blue and wonderful for relaxing. Puerto Vallarta had the very best places to eat in Mexico(there is a book in the condo with a list of these places). I would recommend this to anyone and look forward to returning.
