Large Covered lanais. The kitchen has all new top of the line appliances and granite counter tops. This is the ultimate Beach House Get Away Location.
Absolute ocean front. The entire rear of the house has a deck you can sit and read or around 6pm every nite watch the turtles body surf to the kelp bed 3 ft from the property line.A once in a lifetime treat.
If your a computer geek the house is wired for wireless. Sit on the oceanfront hammock 2ft from the ocean and work on your computer. Theres even a desk set up on the rear deck with wireless so you can enjoy the view and blog away on your computer.
An extra oceanfront deck 1 ft from the waters edge (Yes 1 ft) allows you to dine Alfresco without ever going to a restraunt.

We live on maui full time but travel frequently to California to see our kids. We have several other homes in Maui and if you need more then one property call us.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
We choose this home as our hideaway because we love that not only is the home oceanfront but you get to watch the many boats moored off the rear deck. That combined with some of the most beautiful sunsets you'll ever see while watching the huge turtles body surf to the shore make this home truely magic. Frankly its hard to leave and go anywhere.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We love waking up each morning and taking the walk down to Lahaina town. Its about a 20 -25 minute stroll to downtown Lahaina. We often stop at Longhis for there killer cinnamon rolls. I've gains 6 pounds, go figure.
We enjoy the beach at the Ritz Carlton the most. One has easy access for parking at most beaches.
We strongly recommend breakfast at the Plantation house restraunt or dinner. Its our favorite.
