This spacious 923 square foot, one bedroom condo has the MASTER BEDROOM AND LIVING AREA DIRECTLY ON THE GULF! A 30 foot balcony is accessible from floor to ceiling sliding glass doors in the family room and master bedroom. Discover the peaceful sound of the waves and the spectacular view of the gulf from this 25th floor 5 star rated unit.

The separate bunk room has it's own bathroom and DOOR THAT SEPARATES THE BUNK ROOM from the rest of the condo to provide privacy and give the advantage of a second bedroom without the price. The DOUBLE/TWIN bunk bed sleeps 3 and has top of the line mattresses with Pottery Barn bedding & under-bed storage. The kitchen is well-equipped and has beautiful granite counter tops. Seven can dine at the glass top dining table and bar. The family room has a queen sofa sleeper, comfortable over sized chair with ottoman and 42" HD/LCD TV with DVD. Master bedroom has a 27" flat screen TV/DVD and King size bed with an extra 2" Memory Foam overlay to provide maximum comfort. Designer Blackout drapes are in both the bedroom and family room. There are 2 full sized bathrooms with tub/shower. Tile has been extended throughout the living area and under the bar. An extra cabinet with granite top has been installed in the kitchen to provide extra storage.

  • This vacation rental is fabulous. It is every bit as beautiful as the photos - very elegant, but in a warm, comfortable way. The veiw from the 25th floor is amazing. The owner is very easy to work with. A perfect place for a couple, family, or small group.

  • I have stayed in alot of diff. places at the beach and this place is by far the nicest place I have ever stayed in. It is very accomodating, compfortable, and beautiful!!! It is also right down the street to some delicious restaurants and cool shops!!! I can not wait to go back!! Thanks for letting me rent it! I will def. be back!!
