Come for a relaxing stay in our tastefully decorated, three bedroom condo in Northlake Condo Club. We are on the third floor with easy elevator access on the quiet side of the complex with a beautiful view of the cove. Nothlake Condo Club built in 2006 has two pools, each unit has its own assigned boat slip, boat ramp, and trailer storage. You can bring your own boat or rent one from nearby River North Marina.
Our unit has 1250 square feet of space with plenty of room for six people. The master bedroom has vaulted ceilings with ceiling fan, king-size bed, private bath, huge closet, wall mounted LCD TV with satellite, sliding doors with water view. Bedrooms two and three each have a queen-size bed and ceiling fans. The laundry room has a washer and dryer and extra storage space.
The spacious kitchen with breakfast bar is well equipped with electric range/oven, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, refrigerator with ice maker, and dishwasher. The kitchen is also well stocked with all utensils, pots, pans, and dishes. The living area has a full-size leather sofa, leather recliner, rattan oversize chair and ottoman, wall mounted LCD TV with DVD/satellite, and wine bar. The balcony has table and four chairs for your morning coffee or evening cocktails.
The owners at Northlake Condo Club take pride in providing a family-friendly atmosphere and you will find our facilities all in excellent condition. Chances are that you will meet new friends while visiting with us and will make this a place you want to come back to each year. The water level is back to normal this year so book early as the choice weeks are sure to go!
