This nicely appointed home is nestled within the Sierra National Forest at North Shore Estates resort community, located between The Pines Resort and The Forks Resort. A complimentary mid-week housekeeping service is included with weekly rental as an added guest convenience.

Enjoy ease of boating, fishing, swimming at Falls Beach and Recreation Point, and other watercraft activities on the lake. Lounge at the private community swimming pool and spa or play a fun game of tennis within the community. Take advantage of the scenic walking, hiking, and biking trails. Adventure out and explore the mountain region via all terrain vehicles. Plan a day trip to Sierra Summit Mountain Resort or Yosemite's Badger Pass for many winter sports and activities. Just five minutes away from the Bass Lake Village and strategically located close to the majestic Yosemite National Park, as well as, other popular sites.

"Bass Lake is a freshwater lake in the Sierra Nevada, located 14 miles (23 kilometers) from the southern entrance to Yosemite National Park. The lake is considered a "warm water" lake with water temperatures reaching 80 degrees Fahrenheit in the summer months. Most of the land around the lake is part of the Sierra National Forest. The United States Forest Service designated the lake an official Recreation Area and has developed campgrounds and picnic areas on the south shore of the lake. Much of the area surrounding Bass Lake is devoted to the tourism industry."

    • Boat Mooring on the lake adjacent to North Shore Estates Community is permitted primarily during peak-season. Boat slips can also be reserved in advance at the marinas. Day use at the North Shore end of the lake and swimming is permitted. Safe! Year-round marina is located at The Pines Resort & Marina with casual and fine dining, entertainment, shopping and boating needs. Other marinas with amenities during peak season are Miller's Landing Resort & Marina and The Forks Resort. Fuel for watercrafts is availble on the lake. Major local town of Oakhurst has just about everything to service your vacation needs, with a variety of dining options, shopping, entertainment, and a host of services. Included are Von's and Raley's Supermarkets and Rite-Aid and Long's Pharmacy. Local interests can be found at The Pines Resort/Village in Bass Lake and Tenaya Lodge Yosemite in Fish Camp with seasonal and holiday events and activities.     • Staying at the Reden House was an excellent experience and very enjoyable for our family. The close proximity of the pool, tennis courts and lake made it very convenient for the kids. The entrance to Yosemite was a short 20-30 minute drive and close enough to spend the day in the park and return to the comforts of home. Maria was exceptional in accommodating our request and dealing with her was very pleasant. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Maria! Tony

    • Our vacation at the Reden House was comfortable and cozy! It was great to use the tennis courts and pool after a day of relaxing on the lake! We especially enjoyed the balcony upstairs that offered a view of the lake and distant trees and hills.

    • What a wonderful location for a family vacation. We stayed in this very clean and beautiful home with our two little boys and thoroughly enjoyed our 10 days there. The pool was a short distance from the house and the beach was a short drive away. The kitchen was spacious and ideal for all our cooking needs. All 3 bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. It was a truly beautiful and relaxing vacation. Thanks Maria for all your help and for the lovely accommodations!

    • We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay in this beautiful and fully equipped home. Great location! The community pool is right accross the street from the house and it's an easy walk to the lake. It's also within close proximity to the incredible Yosemite National Park. The homeowners were accessible, lovely, and very easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again. I loved being able to cook in a spacious and beautiful kitchen when we ate in. Great Time! Meg Nestled in the trees of Bass Lake we were thrilled to come upon this beautiful home. From the pristine landscape and spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed home we enjoyed our time from the moment we walked in. Whether it's just enjoying the scenery, playing games with the family, or relaxing while reading a book, this home was a perfect getaway for our family. It was great to explore, hike, and enjoy Yosemite, and then return to a cozy home to sleep peacefully after soaking in the spa and grilling a great meal on the barbecue. Thanks Brent and Maria for opening your home. Maria was a gracious and lovely person to communicate with as we planned our stay.
