Located on a quiet street with walkway access to the beach and the gulf. Great for boogie boarding, surfing, biking, or sunbathing. Shelling is also popular with a wide variety of shells to be found. No need to pack indoor toys or beach toys as the house is fully stocked for girls and boys. The fenced backyard is a child's dream where children can play in the sand to their heart's content with oodles of sand toys. There is also an outdoor shower with hot/cold running water.
Split plan house with very private, large master suite that closes off from the other 3 bedrooms. Large fully-equipped kitchen with over-sized breakfast bar overlooking the dining room. Four televisions, three DVD players, and two VCR's with plenty of movies available for the whole family. Wireless internet provided as well as cable TV.

There are no stairs to climb.The house is stocked full of toys that my kids loved playing with,what a relief not to pack so much extra stuff.Although it was not beach front like we wanted ,(beachfront was too pricey for our budget)we were on the beach so fast with no difficulty at all, and thats a major ordeal with 3 and 4 year old boys. We really enjoyed our stay.Pensacola Beach is beautiful!"
