If you hate AC and enjoy the cool trade winds of this area of Maui then this villa is for you too, you can take advantage of the natural Hawaiian trade winds by opening up the louvers and letting them flow through.
*One bedroom two bath Ridge villa sleeps 4, two in the King Bed and 2 on the pull out sofa in the living room.
*Everything is provided including linens, cooking utensils, towels etc.
*Private parking spot steps from front door means you don't have to worry about getting bags and golf clubs from your car into the villa.
*High speed Internet connection in living room, so bring your laptop, no problem!
*Cable on both televisions with over 75 channels.
*Great location at The Ridge. You get the best views from here and you are in the middle of the resort. Fast access to all the beaches, golf courses and restaurants (and there are REALLY great restaurants. We just ate at Merriman's (where the Bay Club used to be) and it is great. They really did a nice job. Other favorites are of course Sansei and also Pineapple Grill. For lunch try the well known Honolua Store store.

We were very excited to make our first trip to Maui in early September 2011. Of course we were also nervous as to what we would find. We found paradise! The villa was incredible! As soon as we walked in we knew The Ridge at Kapalua was the right choice! The villa surpassed all of our expectations immediately. Beautiful-clean-comfortable-inviting-romantic...home away from home. The view was breathtaking every morning as we ate breakfast on the lanai. Cool ocean breezes day and night. The resort peaceful, quiet and had everything you could ask for all located nearby. They say your first time to Hawaii will always be in your mind and this villa and whole resort is the trip we will never forget. It was a sad day when the time came to leave. Already planning the next trip!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
