we were very pleased with the accommodations! The house had everything! I didn't need to bring most of the things I brought! Just bring your beach stuff! Super stop and shop, cvs, restaurants, marina, everything is a mile away, including a dunkin donuts. So no need to pack ahead of time! The house is clean and comfortable. Having the living room upstairs was great! The kids had their own floor more or less! The beach is very rocky. It's only an issue at low tide. It's a very private beach, only other ppl renting or living there use it. Lot of action with the marina being down the beach! Boats coming and going all day is interesting for sure! The fishing at the marina was great from what we heard. There was also fishing tours right there. Very convenient! The house was stocked with everything, including binoculars, games, and a whole bin of sand toys. Also, two beach chairs... The owners really have their act together! They were easy to contact with questions or any problems that arose. Make sure you bring water shoes! That's all I can say! The breeze coming thru the windows at night was amazing! We brought a fan from home, and were glad we did! The breeze at night was so strong most nights we closed the windows. So a dan is a good idea as I don't think there is AC on this side of the condo. The other side has it. It was the best house on this strip. It gad a great lawn, and yard, which was unusual I thought for a house on the water. The biggest plus? It was quiet. It's off the beaten path and there's no traffic at all. We were surprised at how quiet it is there!Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

This accomodation is perfectly placed to enjoy the warm Cape Cod sunshine. Being situated so close to the vast beach it is a perfect holiday venue for couples/families. Close to excellent restuarants and shops and towns a short drive away we couldn't ask for more. Home from home fully equipped we thoroughlly recommend this accomodationRecommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

I fully enjoyed my vacation this summer at the cape. The condo was everything I was looking for. You walk out to the ocean with a beautiful, spacious yard. The beach is a little rocky but my son had so much fun searching for crabs, snails, and rocks. The condo was equipped with everything I needed including towels, linens, even washer/dryer available.The view from the second floor of the condo is amazing with a nice breeze coming thru everyday. We were close to pretty much everything we needed..grocery store, restaurants, and stores. It was exactly the vacation I was looking for to be able to have everything right there without having to leave. I cant wait to go back next summer!!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My husband and I (no kids) couldn't have been happier with our September rental here in this cozy duplex. The description was accurate, and the condo is exceptionally clean with no hint of cigarette smoke at all. Views from 1st floor deck, kitchen table, and especially upstairs living room and upstairs deck were phenomenal. You will hear the pitter-patter of little feet in the adjoining condo, but voices do not carry well though the walls, so it still feels private enough. Linens and plenty of towels are provided, a big plus. There is one bedroom with a queen-size bed; other guests sleep on a fold-out couch in the upstairs living room, or on a twin-size daybed (with trundle) there. It was very easy to communicate with the owners via email and phone. The location was ideal for walking or riding bikes to the boardwalk, to restaurants in town, and to the bike paths along the canal. We did not find a covered area to store bikes, so ours lived in our car or the kitchen at night. We enjoyed eating at Seafood Sam's (twice), Sweet Tomatoes, Tomatoes Italian Bar and Grill, Beth's Special Teas (3 times!), and the Belfry Bistro. We found Hemisphere to be a better bar than a restaurant (very limited menu the night we tried it); on the plus side, it is a very short walk away. Lobsters from Joe's Fish Market were great (the condo has everything you need to cook and enjoy them). There is no internet in the condo; free WiFi and computer use are available at the public library.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

Absolutly beautiful! The location is great. You have the ocean and the ocean outlet river just down the way. The river is great for kids! Bring water shoes to walk on rocks!Recommended for: Families with young children.

The cottage/condo was lovely and well-maintained. To wake up to a red sky over the water as the sun was rising was awesome! There was enough lawn outside for little ones to enjoy before the steps to the beach. The beach was clean, private, and peaceful. The water was quite rocky at low tide but the kids enjoyed catching hermit crabs. It was a short drive to the shopping center and restaurants. We had a wonderful time and plan on returning.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.
