This house is a peaceful getaway only 8 miles from Hot Springs. It has a private boat dock that's a perfect place to fish and just right for parking your boat. The property is located in a very quiet neighborhood. There are many trails nearby great for hiking, biking, and relaxing strolls.
We have a private above ground swimming pool along with swimming access to the lake right in our backyard. After a long swim you could enjoy the private jetted bathtub. Our screened-in porch is a great spot to watch the sunset.
Here the misty evenings will keep you cool on warm nights. Lots of privacy and space on this property gives off the ambiance of a true rustic paradise. You'll love watching the blue heron as he flies by the large picture windows.
This location is just minutes from the historic city of Hot Springs. Hot Springs has several spas offering many types of services to pamper yourself. Enjoy the excitement of horse racing at Oaklawn Racetrack during race season.
Oaklawn also has gaming and simulcast racing year round. Hot Springs offers all sorts shopping opportunities and almost every type of restaurant. Lake Ouachita, famous for being the third clearest lake in the country, is eleven miles to the west.
This state park offers 900 miles of undeveloped shoreline. Boat rentals, fishing, and hiking trails are just a few reasons Lake Ouachita is a must-see.

This house has two separate living quarters. The Caretaker lives in a separate apartment with it's own entrance downstairs for your convenience.

I am from California. I fell in love with Arkansas green woods, the lakes, mountains, and the friendly people. Me and my 5 children moved here in 2000. WE lived in the house for 5 years. It is a great kid house.
