This unique estate has been renovated to give a look and feel of elegance and class, yet maintains a relaxed, resort like charm that is expressed with fabulous distressed wood and wrought iron features and Italian style painted rooms with a Spanish flare.

A casual reading room is adjacent and open to the elegant living room. There is a large fireplace in the reading room that is shared with the media room and another large fireplace in the living room. Two steps up from either the living room or the reading room puts you on the main level for entrance/exit, another casual living area complete with home entertainment, massive gourmet kitchen, casual eating area, formal dining room, and bedrooms. The formal dining room looks out to a private courtyard and water fountain in the foreground before the breathtaking view of the Catalina mountain range in the background.

The master bedroom has a sunken fireplace and sitting area as well as a private outdoor walled patio. The master bath has his/hers vanities, showers, and toilets. A room size closet area is complete with cedar drawers, shelves, and cabinets.

Two additional bedrooms and an office that can be converted to a bedroom (murphy bed) are in the same east wing of the house as the master bedroom is. There is a shared bathroom with two sinks adjacent to these three rooms. Another "maids quarters" bedroom is at the opposite west wing of the house. This room features its own private patio and has a private bath area.

The privacy and exterior grounds aspect of the property is incomparable, boasting more than thirty 50 foot palm trees, circular drive with gated entry, and plenty of space for a 50ft. RV to be parked and connected electrically. Incredible, unobstructed 360 degree views from this ridge top property allows for fantastic mountain views and stunning sunsets that Tucson is famous for.

The sports court can be used for basketball or volleyball and has stadium style lights. Directly next to the court is large kids play structure and detached guest house.

All in all, this property has the privacy and features of the most elite vacation rental homes in Tucson and is priced significantly lower than other homes in its class.

  • This house was wonderful to stay in for a month. It was beautiful and made it really hard to leave. The kitchen is unlike any I have ever seen. I believe I could live outside in the immaculately landscaped backyard. It was an privilege staying at your house!

  • Wow! What a wonderful place for a get away! Up on a hill with a private gate entrance, private pool and hot-tub and an outdoor grilling area which can host a large party if one wanted. The inside offers a beautiful kitchen off from several entertainment areas where some could watch the top of the line TV, PC and stereo equipment; while others socialize in another, yet far from the sleeping area if others wanted to sleep! The rooms are large and the owner was very accommodating encouraging a positive stay. I found myself saying that I wish I lived in this place! Visiting Tucson in the Spring was also a nice surprise...seeing the many flowering cacti in the City and the desert!

  • Our stay was nicer than any resort. Comfortable, spacious house in a quiet setting up on a hill, overlooking Tucson. Spectacular views all around. Kitchens, both indoors and out, provided a cook's (and diner's) paradise. Pool was crystal clear and refreshing. Plenty of shade and sun and comfortable chairs. Kids entertained themselves by swimming, playing ball on the court, swinging and climbing on the playground equipment. We will recommend this house to friends.

  • We loved staying here. The location is great, with beautiful views everywhere. The home is close to everything, yet very private and secluded. There was plenty for the kids to do, with a basketball court and a great pool. We experienced some weather related travel delays, and the owner was very willing to allow us to stay for a couple extra days at a very nominal charge. We will definitely be back for our next trip to Tucson.

The owner really cares about your stay and the accommodations of the home. Owner was willing to work with our military situation which we greatly appreciated. We WILL be back to stay at this home as it is to amazing to pass up.

  • We stayed in this beautiful home during our stay in Tucson for a wedding. The house was more than large enough for three couples and 2 children. We also were able to very easily host a party for the extended family. In fact, the home feels more like an estate than a house, with a beautiful patio (with an outdoor kitchen), pool, and even a basketball court. We would recommend this home to anyone searching for luxury accommodations in Tucson.
