You will have a great vacation staying at "Out of Africa" in The Emerald Shores gated community of Destin Florida. "Out of Africa" is located in the cul-de-sac on Black Coral Cove Dr. "Out of Africa" is located on one floor which means no stairs to climb and no hauling luggage up and down steps! It is located between both of the community's pools which are just one block away, each. You will also love our professionally decorated house with an African Theme! We also offer FREE WIFI (wireless internet) in our property!
The community has 2 pools; seasonally heated, tennis court, basketball and shuffelboard. All gated, very well maintained and private.
The community beach front pavilion has storage for the provided toys and bathrooms so you do not have to make a trip back to the house while enjoying a full day at the beach.
Here is a break down on the features of this Destin Florida Vacation Home:
MASTER BEDROOM: One KING size bed. It is located on the first floor with a walkout to the side covered patio for easy loading and unloading of your luggage. There is a full bath in the Master Bedroom including a jacuzzie and shower. It also features a television with DVD player. Sleeps 2.
QUEEN BEDROOM #1: The second bedroom has one queen bed and has a television in it. There is a full bath just outside this door. Sleeps 2.
QUEEN BEDROOM #2: This third bedroom has 1 queen bed and is very similar to queen bedroom #1 but without a television.
SLEEPER SOFA: In the living room there is a pull out sleeper sofa. Sleeps 2.
LIVING AREA: In the living room, there is are two couches and one large chair. It also has a television with a DVD player and a stereo. It has a ceiling fan and a smaller bar in the corner. We also recently upgraded to a 32" flat screen television!
OUTDOOR PATIO: You will love our outdoor patio off the side of the house with a separate door for easy access. We provide chairs and an outdoor table for relaxing and dining. We also have a charcoal grill for grilling out! There is also a fan and light for relaxing at night as well as a outdoor shower to rinse off the salt from the beach.
This vacation rental in Destin Florida is fully equipped. The kitchen has everything you need. The laundry room has a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
