With the sound of waves and cooling Gulf breezes sweeping across the balconies, this very well equipped beach house provides a wonderful spot on Panama City Beach for a relaxing family vacation. This house is located on Utes Drive, south of Thomas Drive, one block from the beach and in a perfect location for beach vacation activities. You can walk to the beach or relax in your own back yard in the large semi private pool, which is shared by only one other house. There are views of the Gulf from all three balconies.
This recently built Florida cottage style house is beautifully finished and decorated. It has 2450 square feet of living area with four bedrooms and four bathrooms spread over three floors. No two bedrooms share a common wall and every bedroom has its own bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds, one has a queen size bed, and the kids' room has a bunk with a double bed on the bottom and a twin on top. There is also a pull out queen sofa bed in the living room. The house is ideal for two families or three couples to share.
Every bedroom has an LCD television and DVD player and the cable package includes HBO. There is a 42 inch LCD television in the living room with high definition channels, DVD player, surround sound, and an integrated stereo system. Wireless Internet service and unlimited long distance are also included.
The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and plenty of space for those who like to cook. All of the key cooking essentials are included. The large dining room table seats six comfortably and there is space at the breakfast bar for four.
In short, if you want to feel at home while on vacation and have plenty of room and privacy, this house is for you. If you like the idea of walking back from the beach without having to cross traffic, cleaning off in your private outdoor shower, and diving into your own pool, this house is for you.
