Over 2800 square feet of luxury living on The Currituck Club Golf Course, surrounded by 360-degree Ocean and Sound views! Professionally decorated with custom finishes, this spacious, 3-level house provides multiple gathering areas, as well as private retreats in each of the 3 master suites. The ground level includes a one-car Garage; Recreation Room with wet bar and full-size fridge (for extra drinks); a Bunkroom; and a full Bathroom. The Bunkroom includes 2 twin-over-full bunkbeds, and is a perfect spot for all the kids! A queen sleeper in the Recreation Room provides additional sleeping space. Also on this level are a ping-pong table, an air hockey table, a stand-up Pac-Man/Galaga arcade game, flat screen television, and a stereo system with speakers for outdoor use. You will walk out of the Recreation Room into the private backyard with Pool and Hot Tub. A full-size washer and dryer are provided in the Laundry Room located on the landing between the ground and middle floors. The middle level has 3 master suites (2 kings and 1 queen) - all with fabulous views of the ocean or sound/golf course! The 2 king suites walk out onto a covered deck perfect for sunset watching over the sound! The queen suite takes advantage of the sunrise over the ocean! The Bathrooms in these suites feature custom ceramic tile and huge showers - you'll feel like you're at the spa everyday! All the master suites are equipped with flat panel televisions. A Powder Room (again, with custom tile floors) is located on the landing between the middle and upper levels. The upper level is the living area, where you'll find the Great Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, and a Game Room loft. The Kitchen is completely stocked and there are tons of cabinets for all the groceries you'll need for the week, plus a dishwasher and garbage disposal. Dining Room and Kitchen bar seating will accommodate 12, with an additional flip-top table in the Great Room for overflow. The HDTV and DVD in the Great Room is perfect for unwinding after a long day at the beach, and the gas fireplace is available in the cool months. There is an office area adjacent to the Great Room, where wireless internet access is provided. The sundeck off the Great Room overlooks the pool and hot tub, and the first tee box of The Currituck Club Golf Course. GREAT PLACE TO WATCH EARLY MORNING TEE SHOTS!
