Avalon is a residential community, and these 4 year old townhouses are located on a wide pleasant street. They are located 3 blocks from the beach and they have beautiful views of the bay from the decks. Each one can comfortably accommodate multiple families. There are many fine restaurants located on the "seven mile" island e.g. seafood, Mexican, French and Italian. Many of these restaurants and shops are within walking distance of the houses.

There are many things to do in the Avalon area. Several great golf courses are within 15 miles, tennis, bird watching, shopping in quaint Cape May, fishing, surfing, crabbing and of course relaxing on the "seven mile" beach with your favorite book. All streets leading to the beach have public access to the beach. These townhouses have been lovingly decorated and furnished. Second floor master bedroom has a king size bed. Two downstairs bedrooms have queen size beds. One downstairs bedroom has two twin beds. They are immaculately maintained.
