I was going to drop you a line this evening. We had a wonderful time!! The house is BEAUTIFUL! We felt so at home, everything we needed was right there. It made the experience so much better! We want to make it a yearly tradition and would love to keep going back to your home! Oh, my son discovered that he still had one of the keys in his pocket, so I will be dropping that in the mail to you tomorrow. So sorry. Thank you so much for everything! The vacation was such a huge success.... we really hated to leave! LOL

Great Week in OC!

We had a great time for our first time in OC. Staying in the DePristo home made it more enjoyable! This home had all the amenities we needed. It had everything for cooking at home to hanging out at the beach. The free pass to Assategue Park and beach made it all the better. Only suggestion we could come up with to make anyone's stay more enjoyable was: 1. Have a separate WIFI since most people I'm sure bring their lap tops, like we did. We had to go to Panera Bread and buy something to use their wifi connection. I would rather pay a little more extra to stay home. 2. Have a spare propane tank. We weren't able to cook out, but who wanted to stand by a hot grill anyway? Otherwise, the house, the location and the weather was just perfect. We will book this sasme week again next week. Thanks so much Barry for always responding asap whenever I had a question. See you next year.

Excellent vacation rental

This review is long past due. We have stayed for the last two years for a week in August and are already planning our trip for this year. The photos don't do the house justice, it is lovely and very homey. We take our adult children and are very comfortable. It is conveniently located close to shopping, the bus stop is close enough to walk to, our kids have even walked to the boardwalk. The house is always clean when we arrive and we have no problem leaving it as we found it. Highly recommend this home for anyone wanting a quiet getaway.

We had a great Labor Day long weekend vacation. The 3 bed rooms house is very nice and cost effective. It is convenient since the owner kept almost everything a vacation need. Also there is a Super Fresh grocery store open 24 hours right cross the street. The owner also provided the Assateague National park annual pass, so instead of going to the ocean city beach (kind of crowd), we drive about 8 miles to the Assateague island beach. We were able to see wild pony and the beach over there is less people and very nice. The house is single family which is good for us because we have 3 boys and 1 girl. In previous vacations (somewhere else), we got complaint from our neighbors because the kids were too noisy. In this house, no one would complain. :) Before we went, there is a hurricane warning. We were kind of nervous. Before we mentioned our concerns to the owner, the owner emailed us and indicated that he would fully refund us if we decided to cancel the trip. We can cancel the trip last minute. That is really Peace of mind. We are glad that we did not cancel the trip. The hurricane was nothing and we had so much fun. We met john and Shirley the 1st day Their wonderful people. The beach and weathers were great. We walked the boardwalk, went to Assateague, and rode rides. We also went crabbing We had people come down and had a great time. Thanks Ammands Ps. We'll try to come back next year 8/7

Hi Guys,thanks for letting us enjoy your home we had a very productive time in Ocean City with the dance and all. About the things we left in the dryer, we were running late to leave to catch the train. Sorry about not having them folded and put in the bedroom. I left the garbage pan out front so that when they pick up on monday it would go out. The keys are on the table at the left of the window Thanks again Joan
