Our spacious one bedroom condominium at the popular Kihei Akahi complex in South Maui is located on the 3rd floor of the C bldg with a nice ocean view. Overlooking the blue Pacific waters at Kamaole Beach II, this gem of a unit has every amenity you can imagine for your stay in paradise. The condo has a queen size bed, and a queen sleeper sofa bed. It sleeps 4 very comfortably. It has Air Conditioning and a ceiling fan in both the living area and in the bedroom. We have a full kitchen, and a washer/Dryer.

This Kihei Akahi condo served your needs perfectly for our Holiday visit to Maui. It has an A/C but we certainly never needed it, It is neat, clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. It was just perfect for two persons, and had everything that we needed for our stay. The high speed internet connection allowed us to run our two computers and keep in touch with our office, for us, a real plus. Thanks again for allowing us to rent your KA unit.

We wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at your condo in Kihei. Yesterday we woke up to the realization that our stay in such a beautiful area was coming to an end too quickly. We saw so many beautiful places and did so many fun things in such a short amount of time that we really could have used a few more days to just bask in the experience. The condo is situated in such a central location that everything was really within a reasonable driving or walking distance. It was quiet, the grounds are beautifully groomed and everyone we had contact with was pleasant and helpful.

Thrilled. Ecstatic. Overjoyed. I can not begin to explain how happy we were with the condo we rented from you. From the excellent location on South Kihei Blvd, to the location of the building on the property inrelation to the pools and parking, it could not have been better. The condo was very nicely decorated and all the goodies in the closets for the beach and the pool was awesome. We added to your beach collection with some inflatable and a small cooler.Everything about the vacation was perfect. We did have some clouds acouple of afternoons, if you could work on that for the next time we go. Could not believe I got a condo across from a great beach and within walking
distance of ten or so restaurants.

We had stayed in the Kihei Akahi 3 times before we purchased there. We loved the location. When the opportunity came up we purchased a condo there. We have always enjoyed staying in our Maui home and are very happy to share our home with our guests.

The very best benefit of our condo is location, location, location. We are across the street from one of the best beaches in Kihei, Kamaole Beach II. We are walking distance from several gift shops, clothing stores, an Ice Cream Parlour, video store, and restaurants. We are also only 1 mile from Wailea, where you will find the very large outdoor Mall of The Shops At Wailea.
Our condo has a home-like tropical decor and nothing is more relaxing than sitting on the lanai with a Mai Tai gazing at the ocean view.

Excellent location. Very well kept complex. Met some very nice people. Loved being able to just walk across the street to Kamaole Beach II. Unit was great. Nearby restuarant Cafe O'Lei is a definite must.Fat Daddy's Ribs are the best. We went to the Luau on Christmas Day at the Hyatt Hotel in Kannapali and to the Ocean Centre on Boxing Day. Both wonderful. I would definitely recommend this condo to others. The owners of this condo and their agent in Kihei were great.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+.

we've rented dozens of condos on maui over the years. we've stayed in this condo twice and both times it was spotlessly clean and we consider it a great bargain! also, gayla and kevin are wonderful to work with!

Kevin and Gayla, We just returned from a 6 night stay (over the 4th of July holiday) in your lovely Hawaiian condo and wanted to share what a wonderful time we had there. We loved being right across from Kamaole Beach II and so close to shopping and dining options. We enjoyed the amenities of your kitchen and use of the beach chairs and onsite pool, and even booked some great deals with Rose at the onsite activity desk for snorkel tours and a luau. We also enjoyed sitting on the lanai listening to the birds in the gardens and gazing at the wonderful ocean view across the street, so many great features in your comfortable condo without the high cost of a hotel! My mother, my daughter and myself will cherish the memories of our last full day on Maui, playing in the waves and surf for several hours at the beach across the street, a perfect ending to our family vacation...Thank you!

My wife, 2 daughters (8&11) and I stayed here in July of 2004. We had stayed at a hotel in Kaanapali the previous week, but found this location much more relaxed and comfortable than the HOTEL environment (And much more affordable, leaving $$$ for fun things) It was very nice having all the extra amenities that this property had to offer. We are all looking forward to another stay this coming summer 2005!!!
