2 1/2 stories providing two, one of a kind, spacious units on a open corner lot with expansive southeasterly views. First floor unit offers four bedrooms and two and half baths, sleeps ten. The second /third floor unit includes five bedrooms, with three and a half baths, sleeps twelve.
Both units present a gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances and a Corian island with cushioned swivel seating for all guests, adjacent to the living room, that includes an entertainment area with a 50" wide screen HD Plasma TV with surround sound, DVD, HBO and on Demand movies. Both living rooms have gas fireplaces and incorporate two walls of windows with a sliding door looking onto the corner wrap-around porches protected with deep blue awnings that provide some extra privacy for those relaxing cool summer evening breezes. Wireless Internet access throughout both units.
Each unit's floor plan was designed to provide separate private master bedrooms at different ends of the building. The primary master bedroom suite comprises of a king bed, triple dresser, flat screen TV and a seamless glass enclosed full ceramic tiled shower. The second MBR offers a queen bed and is next to the ceramic tile hall bath with tub. A powder room with an Italian tile floor is also provided for guests. The third bedroom has two twins and another wall of windows.
On the first floor, the fourth bedroom offers a "This End Up" bunk bed, while the the upper unit has two twins in the fourth bedroom. Unique to the upper cottage is a third MBR Suite with another king bed and private full tile bath on the third floor as the fifth bedroom.
Exclusive to the upper two story unit is use of an elevator, accessible from the garage, with stops at the living room / kitchen, bedroom hall way, for easy luggage delivery, and the third floor family room.
The family room on the third floor includes, besides another fully equipped surround sound 50" Plasma TV, a six person game table for those rainy days playing 500 Rummy, Monopoly or Risk, wet bar with refrigerator, and all just inside from a 500 square foot, wrap around, open deck with spectacular views of the beach, ocean and boardwalk only 300' from our door. Great sunset evening views of the sparkling lights of the amusement rides two blocks away.
Both units offer direct access from the garage with an electric door opener with key-less keypad access. There is a tub surround shower area with tiled floor provided off the garage for when you come in from the beach.
Our convenient location allows you to park the car, and leave it parked. Two blocks to Wonderland Rides, one block to free shuffleboard court, running track, tennis, basketball courts, beach volleyball net, playground or skateboarding park. Oves Family Restaurant at the end of the 4th Street on the boards also offers bike rentals. Five blocks to the Music Pier or movie theaters. Eight blocks to Asbury Ave shopping and restaurants. Twenty five minute drive to Atlantic City Casinos and nightlife.
Weekly rents for the first floor 4BR/2.5 bath unit range from $1300 pre/post-season to $4250 in July or August. Weekly rents for the upper 2nd/3rd floor 5BR/3.5 bath unit are between $3425 for early June or late August to $5950 for peak weeks in July or early August. The upper unit is only rented between June through Labor Day. Sorry we do not rent to groups or for weekends.
