Completely renovated second floor Atrium Villa with unobstructed ocean views from the large deck, both master bedrooms, kitchen and living areas. Wake up with the sunrise views from your bedroom window! Our villa features renovated kitchen and baths with granite and marble counter tops. Walk in double shower in one master bathroom and oversize bathtub/shower in the other. The large deck functions as an outdoor living space accessed from all rooms. Other features include hi-speed cable internet with wireless connectivity, two HDTV wide screen TVs.
The villa is owned by an allergist and is "Allergy Friendly" with air filtration by AllergyZone, allergy proof mattress and pillow encasings by Mission: Allergy, and hardwood floors throughout.
SEABROOK ISLAND CLUB AMENITY CARDS are included in the rental fees ($25 per day value)and allow access to Seabrook Island Club benefits:
BEACHES & POOLS: Take a short walk across the street to the new Seabrook Island Beach Club with two pools (one heated), poolside snack bars, and private beach access with your amenity card. Seabrook Island has a history of protecting its beaches and “soft management” of the environment, which results in some of the most breathtaking views and seascapes anywhere. Enjoy walking along miles of pristine private beach. Watch for dolphins playing in the water along the shore or go shelling after high tide.
GOLF: Our villa is next door to the new Seabrook Island Clubhouse featuring two championship golf courses and fine dining. Unlike all other Charleston area golf resorts, Seabrook’s courses are not open to the public, except with your amenity card.
Crooked Oaks Golf Course, designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr., is a 6746-yard, par 72 course that winds through marsh, maritime forests and moss-hung, century old live oaks.
Ocean Winds Golf Course, designed by Willard Byrd, is a 6761-yard, par 72 course that takes you to the Atlantic Ocean where the swirling breezes provide a challenging test of ability. This is a gorgeous property. The view is just wonderful, as is the soothing sound of the ocean from the deck (where I spent a lot of time with a pile of good books). The condo is immaculate ... attractive, comfortable upscale furnishings ... fully-stocked kitchen ... better, if possible, than the online description. The owner is lovely and very easy to work with. As someone who has been coming to Seabrook for about 30 years, I have seen a lot of changes and expansions that were very welcome. The recent "upgrade" of the beach club, however, takes away some of the informal/family feeling of the pool area. The new outdoor restaurant/bar is really nice, but you can't even grab a soft drink at the take-out window without an acceptable cover-up and shoes. And I really missed the loungers with the canopies. On the plus side, the mostly young Seabrook staff are unfailingly friendly, cordial and courteous. On our first morning, we went to the Charleston Diner in Mt. Pleasant for a fantastic breakfast ... the french toast is to die for. We spend one afternoon and evening in Charleston. Note: If you use a metered space, the meter requires feeding until 6 (not 5) p.m. as we discovered after returning to our spot off King Street and finding a $14 ticket. We tried a new (to us) restaurant/wine bar called Social (don't know the address, but it is across from the South Street Brewery). We happened to go in during happy hour, and did a sort of tapas dinner, including some of the $3 appetizers. Excellent! They also have really cute tees for sale ... had to buy "Pinot Envy." Another evening we went to California Dreamin'. One of my daughters graduated from USC and still lives in Columbia, so we had enjoyed the location there many times. The Charleston location, however, is right on the water. After learning that we would have an hour wait, we popped around back to the deck and snagged a table thinking we would order drinks and an appetizer, but, lo and behold, you can order from the full menu, enjoy a stunning sunset and watch boats zip around. Serendipity! We loved this property and would definitely rent it again. I miss it already! : )

This villa is beautifully decorated, more impressive than the pictures can show. The patio area is huge with lovely furniture. The beach was a very short distance, and it felt like we were beachfront. The pool is handy and well supervised. I loved that the garage was in shade and cooled with huge fans.The elevator is a plus. The Island is a nature lovers dream and manicured. We attended the Spolleto Festival in Charleston, a very easy drive in, hardly any traffic. The information provided by the owners was very helpful. I would highly recommend this property.
