Gorgeous 1 bedroom condo fully furnished located near the Continental Golf course! The condo is located in the Sunscape Villas community along the Scottsdale greenbelt and Continental Golf course with beautiful paved walking trails. You are within walking distance from the Scottsdale Stadium which is home to the San Francisco Giants spring training.
The condo has granite kitchen countertops, wood floors in the kitchen and bath, and carpet in the main areas. The condo also has a flat screen TV in the main room, a table for 4 in the eating area, and a 200 square foot patio furnished with relaxing views and an additional patio of the kitchen/dining area.
The bedroom has a Queen size bed and plenty of closet space. Enjoy all the essentials needed to make your stay comfortable and relaxing!

Why the Owner Chose Sunscape
Welcome to our Scottsdale Vacation Rental!!! WE chose this location because it is surrounded by so many great things that we love about Arizona. We are less than a 1/4 mile to the Continental Golf Course and we are ONLY .87 miles from the San Francisco Giants Spring Training Stadium. Within a 5 minute car ride you can enjoy excellent food, shopping and galleries in the Old Town Scottsdale area where there is so much to experience. I also recommend a fun day checking out all the 5th Avenue Shops! Just minutes away you can experience Fashion Square Mall. The condo has an excellent fitness facility and a private movie room you can use. Also, the nightlife in Old Town is a lot of fun with plenty of outdoor patio's, dining and dancing!!
If you are like us & love the outdoors and hiking you can get to Camelback Mountain or Piestewa Peak quite easily and have the most amazing views of Phoenix! As you journey to the top, be sure to bring lots of water!
Last, but not least you can walk across the street to get to my favorite restaurant called “Carlsbad Tavern”-great Mexican food, great margarita's & a fun atmosphere. And if you are a huge Starbuck’s fan you will be relieved to know there is one within walking distance!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Everyone loves how cozy they feel while staying at our condo. It is fully furnished, so you will have all the necessities to make you feel at home during your stay. The flat screen TV has cable so you can come home from a great day kick back relax & watch your favorite TV or cable show. The unit is equipped with WIFI. The 200sf patio is excellent for entertaining others or just relaxing by yourself. We do have an ironing board and iron for our guests, so you do not need to bring one. The pool on the premises is fantastic with BBQ grills to use and the pool area is furnished with very comfortable lounge chairs to make your day by the pool perfect!

Pete & I are originally from Chicago, but we decided to leave the windy city, the winter snow and the summer humidity for AZ where the weather is always amazing. Yes, it gets HOT really HOT, but then we just go boating or wakeboarding out on Lake Pleasant or on Lake Powell. The picture is of us at Lake Powell, AZ, where we got married in 1998. We go back every summer, even in the 115+ degree heat & forget about TV's, cell phones, business and we relax and enjoy the lake! We know you will enjoy your stay at our condo, it is the perfect location for a memorable vacation! ENJOY!

Hi Deneen & Pete, Just to let you know how great our stay was in your condo (1401-Sunscape) between March 19th-26th. You have a flair for decorating. Nice touches. Location was excellent,as you described, re golf course et al. Security refund received this past Tuesday, Thank you. Certainly enjoyed meeting Peter, and appreciate the effort /time he gave us to view a couple condos in the villa. He mentionned the possibility of sending/e-mailing me up-to-date listings of any condos as they become available for sale in the villa by an automated service, as I best recall. I would be interested in still receiving such notices, on a regular basis, if that is not too inconvenient. Again, we had a fantastic stay! Thank you for all you did, Deneen, to make it such. Hi Deneen: We had a great time renting your condo. We appreciate the comfort of the couches and bed as well as the items you provided for our use. We treated it like our home and also have left some magazines and food items for the next occupant. We bought a standing lamp for the second couch (sooo comfortable) so that I could sit and read and we are leaving that behind as well. Our plan is to leave around 9:30 a.m. Tuesday morning and we will miss being here. While we cannot plan far ahead with certainty we would like to rent the condo again in Jan-Feb 2012. Deneen, Yes, everything went very well, we wished we could have stayed the full 10 days, we were able to relax better there than at my mom's house. First thing we did was baby proof, put all the breakable stuff in the top shelf of the closet. Thank you for the wonderful place to stay, the decor was very well done. I found it easier to park in visitor parking due to the kids and loading our stuff. Thanks again, Steve CS

Hi Pete & Deneen, I just wanted to let you know that the condo was wonderful! You have everything so perfect in there, new and in perfect condition! Whomever the decorator was, please let him/her know that it is beautifully done and so very comfortable. The pillows, bed, towels... everything was terrific! I could move in it myself... permanently... once I retire! I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a great place to stay for vacation. I stripped the bed, ran the dishwasher and left the towels and sheets on the bathroom floor. There were a few things in the refrigerator when I came and I left a few items myself b/c I didn't want to waste them and I surely couldn't pack them to take with us. I hope you can use the few things that I had to leave behind. I hope that I left the condo as nice as you gave it to me (just needs a little cleaning) and that when I visit Phoenix again (maybe in April), you'd re- rent the unit to me. Hi Deneen, Enjoyed our stay! We'll be back! We'll be leaving in the AM, probably around 6, so you can handle the cleanup anytime after 7 for sure. We brought our own towels so the ones in place are clean and unused. Same for the hand towels and wash cloths. We will run the dishes tonight and put them away. The coffee cups and whatever will be in the sink. One cup was cracked, not by us, but maybe could be fixed in a pinch. We'll strip the bed and leave the pool towels in the bedroom. We also had our own pillows so they are clean as well. The keys will be on the coffee table. We'll use the lock box key to lock up and put it back. I left the code unchanged from our arrival. We appreciated how clean and complete everything was. You get an A+! Our address is : Oklahoma City, OK. Best, Larry and Nancy K
