This home has a total of 8 bedrooms and 8.5 baths. The 8th bedroom and bath are optional, so you can rent this home as a 7 bedroom or as an 8 bedroom. The base price is for the 7 bedrooms, with an up charge for the extra bedroom and bath. This home is located in a private beach community, south of Dewey Beach.
Four(Optional 5) bedrooms with private bathrooms, two bedrooms with combined access bathrooms, and a first floor bedroom with a hall bath. 1st floor bedroom with 1 pyramid bunk and 2 single beds. 2nd floor has 2 king bedrooms, and one bedroom with a pyramid bunk and a daybed with trundle. 3rd floor has 2 king bedrooms and one queen bedroom with small child bed. The optional 8th bedroom suite is on the 4th floor, and has a large master bathroom with large walk-in shower with mutiple heads, and 4 body sprays. The Media room on the second floor has a very large screen(110') and projector system with surround sound, DVD and video game console(Wii). In the third floor game room, enjoy pool, foosball, card games or your favorite TV shows on dual TVs. The 2nd and 3rd floor also have a refrigerator, bar sink, washer and dryer.
Located on the fourth floor is the gourmet kitchen, dining area, living room, and powder room. The kitchen has two dishwashers, microwave, 5 burner gas cooktop, dbl wall oven, refrigerator, and granite counter tops. While preparing your meals, enjoy the bay view from the kitchen window.
The decks on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floor have a beautiful view of the Rehoboth Bay. The 33 foot by 47 foot roof deck has panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Rehoboth Bay, and everything in between. A spiral stair from the 4th floor will access the roof deck.
All bedrooms are equipped with a flat screen TV and wired internet access. Wireless internet is also available throughout the house. An iPod docking station is located on three floors to play your music through the ceiling speakers. Speakers are also located on the 4th floor deck and rooftop deck. A sirius satellite radio is incorporated into the whole house system, and can be listened to throughout the house.
The elevator makes unpacking your clothes, food and beverages stress free.

3 & 4 NIGHT WEEKEND RENTALS ARE AVAILABLE IN APRIL, MAY, PART OF JUNE, AND SEPTEMBER THRU DECEMBER.
WE RENT ONLY TO FAMILY GROUPS AND GROUPS OF FAMILIES. NO GROUPS OF UNRELATED PERSONS.

This place had everything you would every need as a beach house. We were a group of four couple that just wanted to get away for a long weekend past the summer season and this place exceeded expectations. The views of the bay and the ocean from the roof were incredible. Sunrise on the beach was great; sunsets on the roof were spectacular. The sound system throughout the house was incredible. It had Sirius satellite radio, terrestrial radio, and IPod connections in every main room and the roof so everyone could listen to whatever they wanted. This place had plenty of space to get away to read or watch TV or just relax on one of the many porches. Really enjoyed the pool table and watching football on Sunday in the 110" theater room. Kitchen was fantastic for cooking for large groups. This place would be great for a large family summer vacation beach house, might try that option myself...Recommended for: Girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

This house was built with everything you could want, have wanted, or didn't know you wanted! The owner/builder thought of everything when he built this home. Our big family LOVED every aspect from the bathrooms in nearly every bedroom to the HUGE screen in the media room to the entertainment room with every gadget you could think of throughout for music and entertainment. The top deck is pure heaven with absolutely GORGEOUS views in any direction. Thank you SO much Tim and Sheila for putting so much thought into building this dream vacation home. We don't need to ever look for another house again!Recommended for: Girls getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

This house is beautiful! very well equipped, fabulous kitchen great for those who like to cook it is very well equipped I dont think even a professional cook would find fault. Great for family get togethers loads of space great for all ages excellentRecommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, tourists without a car.
