NEW FOR SUMMER OF 2008, this 7 bedroom and 7.5 bath home is located in a private beach community, south of Dewey Beach.
Four bedrooms with private bathrooms, two bedrooms with combined access bathrooms, and a first floor bedroom with a hall bath. 1st floor bedroom with 1 pyramid bunk and 2 single beds. 2nd floor has 2 king bedrooms, and one bedroom with a pyramid bunk and a daybed with trundle. 3rd floor has 2 king bedrooms and one queen bedroom. The Media room on the second floor has a very large screen(110") and projector system with surround sound, DVD and video game console(Wii). In the third floor game room, enjoy pool, foosball, card games or your favorite TV shows on dual TVs. The 2nd and 3rd floor also have a refrigerator, bar sink, washer and dryer.
Located on the fourth floor is the gourmet kitchen, dining area, living room, and powder room. The kitchen has two dishwashers, microwave, 5 burner gas cooktop, dbl wall oven, refrigerator, and granite counter tops. While preparing your meals, enjoy the bay view from the kitchen window.
The decks on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floor have a beautiful view of the Rehoboth Bay. The 33 foot by 47 foot roof deck has panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Rehoboth Bay, and everything in between. A spiral stair from the 4th floor will access the roof deck.
All bedrooms are equipped with a flat screen TV and wired internet access. Wireless internet is also available throughout the house. An iPod docking station is located on three floors to play your music through the ceiling speakers. Speakers are also located on the 4th floor deck and rooftop deck.
The elevator makes unpacking your clothes, food and beverages stress free.
