HEAVEN FOUND ON EARTH IN NUNNELLY, TN (50 miles West of Nashville, TN) on 123 ACRES OF WILDLIFE GALORE AND FULL OF PEACEFULNESS - 4700 SQUARE FEET CUSTOM HOME on Three-Levels. Two Large Lakes filled with Bass and Catfish.

Over a 100 YEARS AGO - the property was an iron ore mine to make canon balls for the Civil War. During mining operations - a vein was hit, and over night the lakes were made. The vein that was hit runs all the way to the Smokey Mountains in East Tennessee. It has been told, that in one of the lakes an old drag line crane and equipment are still under water, along with the building that they used for an office.

They call this property the Blue Lakes Estate. There is still signs of old metal rail tracking that the mine carts rode on. Large iron rocks are still stacked to this day. When the flooding occurred, it was at the end of the Civil War, so they stopped operation. During summer months, fresh water jellyfish can be seen in the lakes which are rare.

The property is enclosed with six foot high fencing. The home is on three levels. The Main level houses living room with glass on both sides to view the outdoors, big screen TV with VCR and DVD PLAYER, stereo with surround sound through out the home and dock area, intercom system throughout each room and dock, 2 fireplaces with gas logs, kitchen with dishwasher--microwave--jennaire grill--stove--double door refrigerator--and all utensils to fix up a gourmet meal for family gatherings.

Dining area houses a large marble table for all your meals, there is also another dining table for coffee or additional sitting area, or to sit by the windows to see the beauty that the outdoors offer.

The Master Bedroom has a king-size swinging bed draped in white linens, with Baby Grand Piano, and mirrors that circle the room. Bring Romance to your evening with our 2 Beautiful fireplaces, one in Master Bedroom. Dimming recessed lighting.

The room opens up to your own private sunroom which overlooks a lake, which has a futon and beautiful plants. Master bath has a two-person jacuzzi tub with Leopard Sitting area with all glass to view the outdoors while bathing. It also has his and hers marble vanities, with walk-in shower and hot sauna room.

Top level features two bedrooms, one with a Queen-size Oak bedding and one with a full size bed. It has computer access and TV with Sony PlayStation and Nintendo 64 with games. Also located upstairs is the Music Room with Guitars, Amps, Microphones, and Drums, and keyboards. Everything you need to make beautiful Music. There are two bathrooms upstairs.

The lower level houses the game room with Pachislo Slot Machines, FoosBall, full Bar with stools and Cable T.V. Bathroom with washer and dryer. Enjoy our pulsating HOTTUB for 6 in sunroom which overlooks one of the lakes. Melt away those tired achy musles!!
