Not only does this condo offer awesome views and exceptional rest and relaxation, but it also has a corner electric fireplace w/remote, 26 inch flat screen TV w/cable & Showtime, DVD/VHS player, AM/FM stereo w/CD player, wireless internet, very comfortable, 7 inch thick, extra long queen size sofa sleeper, family games, DVD's, books, microwave popcorn, bottled water, coffee, tea, cocoa, and condiments are provided for your enjoyment. Bed linen's, towels, soap and ALL kitchen necessities for you to dine in are provided. We are pleased to offer a new amenity as of June 1, 2009. Free indoor pool access with work out room, lap pool, and jacuzzi located just a few blocks away. Please make sure to ask about this with the managers when checking in for your stay. We are also pleased to offer a shared gas BBQ with burner, located in the commons patio area.
This is a NON smoking condo, however pets (both dogs & cats) are welcome. We are located at the North end of the "Prom", just 50 feet from the beach. This is a very quiet location known as "the quiet end of the Prom". Dining, shopping, outlet mall, grocery store, cinema, arcade, museum, public park/playground, public pool, public laundry facility, bike/surrey rental, swings on the beach, clamming, crabbing, fishing, kite flying, beach combing, bird watching, skate board park, aquarium, bumper boats, bumper cars, tilt a whirl, mini train rides, Convention Center, and hiking trail heads all located within walking distance. Bowling, go Karts, mini golf, helicopter rides, and 4 golf courses all within a 5 minute drive. Astoria Aquatic Center, & Columbia Maritime Museum located approx. 15 minutes north. This condo sleeps 1-4 persons. Available year round, seasonal rates. Seniors 62+ receive a $5/nt. discount.
Pets-$10/nt. Fall/Spring-(Oct.1-Nov.30, Mar.1-May 31)-$90/nt., Winter-(Dec.1-Feb.28)-$79/nt., Summer-(June 1-Sept.30)-$115/nt. plus 9% tax. Rates based on 2 persons. We currently live in NW Oregon with our young daughter and thought that this would be a wonderful experience for her to be able to grow up while learning about nature and wildlife. We live in a very rural area, and have always LOVED the ocean and it's many allures, so it was natural for us to look for something with an ocean setting. We have tried to create a very comfortable, relaxed, and 'homey' accomodation for all to enjoy!
Why the Owner Chose Seaside
Beautiful oceanfront views, and usually has 'better weather' than most central to north oregon coast cities. Seaside has a boardwalk to walk, skate, & bike on as well as the 'small town atmosphere'. There are so many activities to do while in Seaside and the location is the "closest ocean town" to where we live.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Being able to sit back, put your feet up and relax while watching the 'warm, flickering flames of the fire' and the whales migrating from the living room and bedroom windows. Feel free to open the windows for the fresh ocean air and enjoy being "lulled" to sleep by the sound of the ocean. Every customer has commented on the memory foam mattress and how well they slept. We know how IMPORTANT rest is, so we have tried to provide a very comfortable, homey feel to our condo. When staying with us, please don't forget to sign our guest book, as we like to make a great attempt to 'listen' to our guest's recommendations.

"Had a fantastic time here on our 32nd anniversary. We came here to get away from the real world for a week-end. It was so great. Room was warm, cozy, & the view was great, even when it rained. Slept great on the bed, and listening to the sound of the beach, it was heaven. The room was just what we wanted and close to town. We took walks on the beach and came back wet every time, but it was great! We will be back!!! Thanx again!"

"Such a wonderful get away from the big city. Great ocean view, very relaxing atmosphere, nice and comfy place, wonderful people - what else could you ask for? We've been coming here to Seaside for the last few years and 2nd time for our 2 little dogs(Freckles & Pinky). We must say this is one of the best & our dogs just love it here. Accomodations are very clean and well decorated, much better than we expected. "Came to the beach, sadly only for one night. We usually stay at the Lanai-on the other end of the Prom, but they are closed for remodeling. Well, it pays to know good friends! This place is so cozy! We really enjoyed our short stay and I love the comfy bed. In fact Jeff is still sleeping in it, as I sit at the window sipping coffee, watching the waves, and listening to the flock of geese flying over. Oh how I love the beach, so peaceful and beautiful! It just doesn't get much better! Thank you Karen & Steve for making this little cottage so warm & welcoming!"

"We were on our way home (California) coming from Washington when we saw the road that lead us to this blessing, room #103. As I walk through initially, I loved it. The energy that has been created in this room is bliss-everlasting. I awake this morning to the sun rising with the bedroom window left open all night, the air was refreshing. The bed... OH MY GOD... "What a beautiful space you have here! We feel so blessed to have stumbled upon this little santuary! Thank you for having such a clean, cozy retreat for all to enjoy! The bed was SO comfy, cozy! We love the warm fireplace. We are sitting back, relaxing sipping our coffee while enjoying the amazing view! My husband, our 6 1/2 month old daughter, and old dog are here at the end of our trip from the San Juan Islands and Olympic National Park. We will definately be back! We love the ocean.
