'Sea-renity by the Sea' is a clean, comfortable, and 'homey' 1 BEDROOM Oceanfront, ground floor condo (with 3 steps up) that sleeps 1-4 persons MAXIMUM, where you will enjoy beautiful (180 degree) views of the Pacific Ocean, Tillamook Head, the Long Beach Peninsula, 4th of July fireworks, whale watching, & fantastic storm watching! Watch seals, pelicans, gulls, kite flying, and absolutely gorgeous sunsets from the living room and bedroom window. Queen memory foam mattress & pillows w/ super soft, micro plush sheets for the 'BEST nights sleep away from home you'll ever experience!' It also has a 19 inch flat screen TV w/DVD player, cable w/ Showtime in the bedroom. *Cotton sheets are available on request. New bathroom remodel completed Feb. 2012, with ADA toilet, wall mount hair dryer, as well as a hot air curling brush are provided for your convenience. We also have a regulator in the shower, so there are NO water temperature fluctuations.
Not only does this condo offer beautiful views and exceptional rest & relaxation, but it also has a corner electric fireplace w/remote, 26 inch flat screen TV w/cable & Showtime, DVD/VHS player, AM/FM stereo w/CD player, wireless internet, very comfortable, 7 inch thick, extra long queen size sofa sleeper, family games, DVDs, books, microwave popcorn, bottled water, coffee, tea, cocoa, and condiments are provided for your enjoyment. Bed linen's, towels, soap, hair dryer, and ALL kitchen necessities for you to dine in are provided. Free Rec. Center access with swimming pool, lap pool, hot tub and work out room located just a short distance away at Sunset Empire Rec. Center. Please make sure to ask about your passes when checking in for your stay. Our condo is a NON smoking condo, however pets (both dogs & cats) are welcome for $20/nt. pet fee for first pet, each additional pet $10 per pet/nt. We are located at the North end of the 'Prom', just 50 feet from the beach, this is a very quiet location, known for being 'the quiet end of the Prom'. Fine/casual dining, shopping, outlet mall, grocery store, cinema, arcade, historical museum, public park/playground, public pool, public laundry facility, bike/surrey rental, swings on the beach, clamming, crabbing, fishing, kite flying, beach combing, bird watching, skate board park, aquarium, bumper boats, bumper cars, tilt a whirl, mini train rides, Convention Center, merry go round, new 'bouncy house' and 'trike races' for the kids at the outlet mall, and hiking trail heads all located within walking distance. Bowling, go Karts, mini golf, helicopter rides, horse back riding, and 3 golf courses all within a 5 minute drive. Astoria Aquatic Center, Astoria Column, Astoria floating bridge, & Columbia River Maritime Museum are located approx. 15 minutes north.

There will be a $250.00 cleaning fee charged for ANY smoking in the condo, a $50.00 cleaning fee for any unwashed dishes left upon check out, & a $15.00 fee for any lost key.
EXTENDED STAY SPECIAL-Stay 14 nts. or longer and receive 20% your stay. Not available July 1 thru August 31. ALL specials are not able to be combined, limit one special per customer visit.
Winter Specials-Nov.1-Feb. 28 (AVAILABLE ONLY DURING THESE DATES). Make sure to ask about these WINTER SPECIALS, as unless you ask, there won't be a discount. We offer 2 nights stay for the price of 1 nights stay at summer rate, available Sunday thru Thursday, which would be 2 nights for the price of $130 plus 9% tax! This special available on week ends ONLY if reserving a 3rd night stay at the regular season rate. Or, stay 5 nights or longer, and receive a 20% discount with no day restrictions. Stay here, you won't regret it! Please don't be fooled by the outside look of the condos, for when you step inside you will be pleasantly suprised! Very warm and cozy, very clean, and everything you need. Gas fireplace and battery operated candles (loved them) made for a very peaceful setting. The bed was wonderful, like sleeping on a cloud. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly, even had the opportunity to meet the owner who was very informative about the area and shared some great stories. Would stay there again in a heatbeat!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway.

The bed, of course, is outstanding. We also appreciated the sheets and pillow cases and I copied the brand down so we can order our own. The shower head is also great.. Kohler.. quality. It's clear you have provided great amenities as an investment in return visitors. Include us in that group. The condo is very well cared for. The staff are doing a great job for you. We have been staying at Tradewinds for about 5 years, and since our first stay, have never stayed anywhere else. I doubt we will as long as these condos are available and as reasonable as they have been. This condo is really only an eight minute walk down the boardwalk to all the restaurants and shops in downtown, but is located on the "quiet" end of the beach. I took some lovely solitary walks on the beach with my dogs every morning. The owners have really made this condo feel comfortable and welcoming and the managers in the office are very helpful and friendly. Before we arrived, they had set out special towels and dog bones for our pets! It was like staying in a really luxurious hotel suite for about 1/5 of the price and without all the stuffiness of a hotel. If you have a bigger party than this condo can accomodate, you could even rent another condo in the same TradeWinds complex at the same time.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Would definately stay again. Realy enjoyed our stay, just shy of the hot water issue. Felt very comfortable and at home. Would recomend to all mt friends. Having stayed at 3-4 different units at the Tradewinds, and stayed at several different rooms in Seaside; this was the best room by far. The price is unbelievable for a 1-Bedroom Oceanfront. The unit is so well layed out, very clean and equipped with everything you need. We especially appreciated the bottled water - which we always end up needing! We love that it was fully stocked with a great family movie selection, toys, puzzles, etc. We can't wait to come back with the kids.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This is the 3rd time we have rented this unit. It is always nicely furnished and very clean. The recent bathroom remodel was wonderful, spacious and well-lit. We anticipate returning next fall if at all possible and recommend that you try it also if you like being in a quiet area of the beach, but with good access to everything in Seaside.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We have been coming to the condo complex now for 30+ years, and have ALWAYS stayed in another condo. This is our first time to your condo, and we want to thank you for all the extras you have added for your guests. I can't wait to get home to order some of your cool candles. We have had all different kinds of weather while here, and our dog just loves the fireplace. We will definitely be back, and your condo will be our FIRST choice for the next 30+ years! More than we expected. We appreciate the DVDs, we watched a couple. This was the perfect place for us to get away from the busy city life. About the owner: We currently live in NW Oregon with our daughter and thought that this would be a wonderful experience for her to be able to grow up while learning about nature and wildlife. We live in a very rural area, and have always LOVED the ocean and it's many allures, so it was natural for us to look for something with an ocean setting. My husband is a very avid crabber, clammer and fisherman, so this has been just perfect for him to be able to do all of that within walking distance from our condo. He clams on the beach out in front of the condo, and crabs/fishes off of the 12th St. bridge approx. 1/4 mile away. We have tried to create a very comfortable, relaxed, and 'homey' accommodation for all to enjoy!
Why the Owner Chose Seaside:
Beautiful oceanfront views, and usually has 'better weather' than most central to north Oregon coast cities. Seaside has a boardwalk to walk, skate, & bike on as well as the 'small town atmosphere'. There are so many activities to do while in Seaside and the location is the 'closest ocean town' to where we live. WONDERFUL dining locations in Seaside, and lots of activities for young and old alike.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Being able to sit back, put your feet up and relax while watching the 'warm, flickering flames of the fire' and the whales migrating from the living room & bedroom windows. Feel free to open the windows for the fresh ocean air and enjoy being 'lulled' to sleep by the sound of the ocean. Every customer has commented on the memory foam mattress we have in the bedroom, and how well they slept. We know how IMPORTANT rest is, so we have tried to provide a very comfortable, homey feel to our condo.
