Enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean directly from the lanai in our large condo that sleeps six people. The Hawaiiana themed condo, located on the 4th floor, is great for families or couples. The windward side of the island offers quiet beaches away from the hustle of Waikiki. Breezy trade winds cool the condo to keep the temperature in the 70’s to 80’s.
Punaluu is 20 minutes from Kaneohe and 45 minutes from Waikiki, Pearl Harbor and the airport. Drive to Kualoa Ranch, Waimea, Turtle Bay, North Shore’s Sunset Beach and Haleiwa, Polynesian Cultural Center, shopping and horseback riding all within a few minutes. You can start your day with a walk along the beach at sunrise, and watch the sunset from Sunset Beach (only 20 minutes away).
Six people can sleep comfortably in this large one bedroom unit. The bedroom sleeps two in the king size bed. The living room has two twin day beds and a full size futon. The condo has a newly remodeled large kitchen with dishwasher and ceramic cooktop oven. Washer and dryer are full size. Amenities include a pool, fitness center overlooking the ocean, sauna, BBQ, beach chairs, snorkel and beach gear and picnic area.

Our condo in Punalu'u was perfect for the price. We traveled on a budget myself, husband and 3yr old boy. The beach, swimming & snorkeling in front was amazing. The kitchen in the condo was very nice and being on a budget we cooked all our meals there. The master bedroom was big and great for all our luggage and stuff but there was a smell from the near by sewer plant in the master and also the busy HWY noise so we pulled the extra bedding out in the main room and slept by the ocean side--very nice-. The one small bathroom was a bit crowded in the condo but for the price, ocean frontage and beautiful non crowded beach access with amazing snorkeling and paddle boarding ..we swam beside sea turtles-- we could not of found a better place. Also the condo building is very secure well maintained and safe. We found Punaluu to be in a perfect location on Oahu. Close drive to anything on the Island and a quiet place to come back to after a days adventure or to spend your day without crowds.

We spent five nights with a family of six in this great condo. The location was terrific - 10 minutes to the Polynesian Cultural Center and not much further to the great north shore beaches. The sleeping arrangements were great for our family with teenagers and younger children. The beach at the condo was great for swimming and snorkeling, and the swimming pool was crystal clear and fun for the kids.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We stayed here the end of November with our four teenage children. There was plenty of room for all of us. My husband and I loved the large master bedroom and the kids slept well on the beds in the living area. We spent a lot of time on the beach which is so close, convenient and peaceful. We made our own meals with the conveniences of home in the kitchen. It was nice having the washer/dryer and we never had parking problems. We had our designated spot. We were close to BYU-H, the PCC, grocery stores and other places of interest. We hope to return to this same spot. The owners were very prompt in answering questions and providing necessary information. We will recommend this place to our friends.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We had a great time, plenty of room for the kids, all the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you'd need to put a meal on the table for your family. There were hiking trails nearby and the local people were very helpful. I wish we could've stayed longer - - maybe next time.

What a great condo and great location on he fourth floor on this beautiful spot. Everything you need is here, and the gorgeous ocean is smack-dab in front of you(the lanai has see-thro rails and is really nice). This is a comfy suite, feels and looks Hawaiian with great pix on the walls.A big plus: the king bed and the living room futon/bed (we were two older couples) were unexpectedly very comfortable. We were glad we chose this over Turtle Bay, as our beach is so private and lovely for swimming and sunning. It's windy in February, but for us Canadians, we were blessed to be here. location. The kitchen/bathroom are nice and better than they look on this website.

My husband and I recently stayed in this unit with our four children and it was a great experience. The condo was clean and comfortable and the decor was really cute. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient with all the swimming we were doing, and it was great to have a fridge and kitchen as well. The best part of the condo is, of course, the proximity to the beach...maybe 30 steps from the building. It is a beautiful beach and there is hardly anyone else on it. The waves are easy going so the kids could swim without an undertow or swift water. Punaluu is the perfect North Shore location IMO because it is close to everything but very low key. We will definitely come back to this unit.
