This newly renovated home is located in Ocean Beach on Bayberry Walk, on the bayside of Midway. We have the best of both, close to the beach and not too far from town.
The master suite is completely renovated to include a full tile and marble bath with rain shower head. It has a flat screen TV, Tempur-Pedic queen bed and separate entrance to the private and spacious deck.
Our home's two other bedrooms are also newly renovated. One is the "children's" room with 2 new bunk beds as well as a TV/DVD/VCR.
The third bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen TV.
The open floor plan of the kitchen, dining room and living room make it perfect for entertaining. The dining room has 16ft ceilings and walls of windows. The living room has a wood burning fireplace and plenty of room to relax. The kitchen is open, fully equipped and even has a kid's height counter.
The private and spacious deck is also ready to entertain. It has a gas BBQ grill, plenty of chairs and table space as well as an outdoor shower.
Ocean Beach is the unofficial "capital" of Fire Island. It is the only town with a children's summer camp, 2 tennis courts, 2 basketball courts, ball field, playground and marina as well as both a life guarded bay and beautiful ocean beach. In town you will also find a spa, over a dozen restaurants, shops, boutiques, bars and even a movie house. We have it all!
