Located just 70 miles from Denver, our mountain retreat is perfectly located for summer enjoyment of the Rocky Mountains. Our home backs to National Forest, where you can enjoy many activities. The Duplex backs up to National Forest for excellent hiking on beautiful nature trails, close to biking in Dillon, Keystone, Frisco and Breckenridge. We are 5 minutes to the Outlet Mall and 10 minutes to Lake Dillon. We are only minutes from the Silverthorne Recreation Center with 3 pools, water slide, and indoor and outdoor hot tubs.
Our 1700 square foot non-smoking home is beautifully decorated and furnished. Upstairs there is a big master bedroom with a bathroom and shower. On the main floor, there is a ½ bath , living room and kitchen. Lower level walkout has two bedrooms with a full bathroom with shower. It also includes a large, fully-stocked kitchen, a living area with a tile fireplace, and a family room with cable TV and DVD/VCR for entertainment.
