Our WIFI enabled wonderful property is excellent for family reunions, weddings or group gathering with all updated amenities that a private residential home can offer.
Sits on .5 acres, our 2800sq ft. beach front house is available for year round rental.
You will find it just one hour 45 minute drive from Seattle on the exclusive Stretch Island in South Puget Sound.
Enjoy our two story house that has 2 living rooms, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps 7-8. There is also a cozy detached 1 bedroom 1 bath guest cottage at the back of the property that sleeps 4- 5. All rooms are equipped with fresh bed linens and towels.
The top floor’s living room is nicely appointed with leather sofa, chairs and a stereo to listen to your favorite tunes. The dining area has a large round table that seats 8 people. Take in the gorgeous view from our fully equipped kitchen with all of your basic kitchen needs or fire up the BBQ which is just outside on the balcony for your convenience. There is one spacious bedroom with ample storage and a bathroom on this level as well as a pantry with the full size washer and dryer.
Downstairs living room has plenty of space, a sofa and a loveseat, TV with VCR / DVD and is more of a recreational room where the kids love to hang out. There is a single convertible bed as well. This level has two more bedrooms and a bathroom.
Enjoy the afternoon sun at our own 100 feet of no bank water front property.
When the tide comes in it’s all about swimming, playing in the water at your private beach. When you get tired of it just relax on our patio and watch the boats maneuver under the Island’s only bridge. You may spot some seals playing in water as well
When the tide goes out explore the beach where special appearances are made by an innumerable amount of wildlife ranging from interesting birds, oysters, jellyfish, rock crabs, star fish and another unique creature the Sand Dollar. It is a perfect spot for clam digging as well.
Other favorite place is our big grassy yard with a fire pit for evening campfire and story time.
Don't forget to bring your fishing pole, bicycles, kayaks, and walking shoes. Pack your golf gear to play on the nearby Lakeland Village Golf Course 10 minutes away.
You can attend a wedding or meet up with your boating friends at the Fair Harbor Marina only a mile away.

Pets - Your well-behaved pet is welcome here, with a pet fee of $25/night. Nonaggressive breeds only--prior approval required.
Please be considerate of our home and yard and nearby friends/neighbors--you must supervise and clean up after your pet and your pet must be leashed and confined to our yard when outside. In the house, pets are to be confined to non-carpeted areas.

Personal Currency Assistant™

Peak Season (6/1-8/31) and Holidays $375/night, minimum stay is 3 nights.
Off Season (9/1-5/31) $275/night, minimum stay is 2 nights.
After receving a deposit for 1 night, your reservation is confirmed.
30 day before arrival remaining balance is due in full. We accept credit cards.
We require $200 refundable damage deposit on arrival.
$125 cleaning fee (non refundable) is payable on arrival. Pet fee $25/night.
Rates are subject to state and local taxes in the sum of 10.4%
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, you will forfeit your deposit.
