Nestled above the emerald green waters and the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and amongst live oaks and palms, lies "The Coast is Clear," a beautiful architect designed home in Inlet Beach, Florida. This stunning home with Gulf views is only 175 yards from the beach and is 100 yards east of Rosemary Beach. The home has its own private heated pool and captures the architectural style and relaxed atmosphere of the Old Caribbean.
This beautifully furnished beach house features a comfortable wrap-around porch off of the upstairs family room and kitchen and the beach can be viewed from the top level sitting room. Two master suites, one on each level, also have their own private porches to give two families a measure of privacy. It features four bedrooms and four and a half baths, sleeps 10-12 with two kings, a queen, a sleeper sofa, a bunk room with two bunk beds, and a fold out couch in the third floor tower room. Sorry Pets NOT allowed and No Smoking.
Designed to feel like a comfortable beach retreat, this house has heart pine floors, an open, spacious kitchen/dining area, high ceilings with fans, and a tower room with a bar sink and open balcony providing views of the Gulf. It is comfortably furnished with vibrant, original artwork. The home has over 2900 square feet of living area with another 1600 feet of covered porches. With plenty of space for family gatherings, the house also has TVs and DVDs throughout, wireless internet and a stereo system with indoor and outdoor speakers as well as an Ipod dock so you can play your favorite tunes while relaxing.
When you tire of the beach, the 36-hole Tom Fazio Golf Course is located just a couple of miles away. Additionally, there are 5 other golf courses located within a 20 mile radius. For tennis players, the Rosemary Beach Racquet Club is right across the street and for a nominal fee, our guests can use the facilities. The Rosemary Beach Fitness Center is also available for a fee on a daily or weekly basis. Or you might want to bike down the Highway 30-A bike path which leads to the nearby coastal communities of Seaside, Watercolor, Alys Beach, Watersound, Seacrest and Grayton Beach, which feature many quaint shops and excellent award-winning restaurants. We book our house Saturday to Saturday for weekly rates during the peak summer months. Pool heating charge $160/week or $25/day.

This was our fifth year to visit the Rosemary Beach area. The Coast is Clear is by far the best equipped, best located, and most charming house we have stayed in. The balconies were awesome, the pool was great and we loved all the amenities. The owners were great to work with and responsive to all our questions and concerns. We plan to return to this lovely home. Thanks for sharing it with us.

We are a group of 9 women who did much research to find our vaction rental in this area of Florida (which none of us had ever been to). We all agreed this was the best home we could have picked! The Coast Is Clear is spacious, clean, decorated beautifully in an upscale "beach" theme and has it's own private pool (great because not all of us could spend spend hours at the beach). The many decks were perfect for outdoor living. We ate all our meals outside and hung out there at night with a cocktail. The beach (one of the most beautiful we have ever seen) was a very short walk and never crowded. The area was also perfect - a short walk to Rosemary Beach and a short drive to either Panama City Beach or Destin. We appreciated the fact that we were in a quiet area but close to activities, restaurants and shopping. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and provided us with lists of nearby amenities. Julia was quick to respond to all of my e-mails and it was obvious that she and her husband are very involved in the rental of their home, something that was definitely comforting to us. The management company that met us at the home for check-in was also professional and responsive to the one issue we had ( a problem with the grill that was immediately resolved). We had not been there more than a day or two when we we began discussing our return trip! I would highly recommend this home to others!!

The Coast is Clear is a beautiful vacation home located approximately 75 yards from the eastern walls of Rosemary community. The true advantage of this home is you get the Rosemary feel without the restrictions of a gated or homeowner's association. The home is also about 100 yards from public beach access #2. The Coast is Clear is beautiful decorated and is done with a more contemporary style than that of its Rosemary counterparts. Having your own private pool is a true plus as well. We highly recommend this home and look forward to coming to it again.

Enjoyed our vacation at the house spring break 2011. Had everything we needed! Pool was heated, lots of room and outdoor sitting areas, and kitchen was well stocked. Although Inlet Beach, the house is so convenient to Rosemary Beach and the beach area...easy walk! (Rosemary Beach is next street over, and a cut through available) We walked or rode bikes practically everywhere we went. Great restaurants close by as well as shops. HIghly recommend the house. Also, owners are great to work with and top notch!

My family of 4 plus 3 of our friends stayed in this wonderful home over Spring Break. It's location was perfect as it was close enough to the beautiful beach and all the amenities of Rosemary Beach without feeling packed in like sardines (..... RB was full to the brim this week). "The Coast is Clear" house couldn't have been more comfortable or better appointed. The kitchen was well stocked, and we really enjoyed the open floor plan and decks. Also, the house being surrounded by trees, and homes of full-time residents, gave us a nice buffer from some of the other rowdier rental properties in the area. Thanks again to the owners for sharing their home with us.
