I can't begin to say how wonderful this house is for just about anyone! The other reviews are right on - this place is far better than the description and the pictures show. We had a family reunion for one whole week here and had 13 people staying here ranging in age from 2 1/2 - 82 years old. Everyone had a fantastic time. The property was very clean, well maintained and had more room than you can imagine. It was perfect with the many little areas to "escape to" when the hub-bub got too busy. The outdoors patio and grill were fabulous and the misters on the lanai/patio were wonderful when the temps got a little warm. The kids had a great time playing with the toys in the small bedroom and the games and puzzles provided. They also enjoyed the many pool toys provided for our use. I can not say enough also about the owner Justin and the property manager Jim whose customer service was OUTSTANDING! They both were so ready and willing to do whatever it took to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Many thanks go out to both of them! We were pleasantly surprised at all of the amenities that were available in the kitchen also - we had all of the condiments we could want in the refrigerator as well as a bunch of great spices to use. There was an abundance of paper towels, tp, laundry soap and softener, dishwasher pellets, pool towels, etc. provided. It's amazing that the owners seemed to anticipate every need!! We all had an amazing time here and we are seriously considering making this an annual event for our family. I would DEFINATELY recommend this house to anyone wanting a classy, comfortable, fabulous house to rent. You will love it!!!

My friends and I stayed here for my wedding. We were all WOW'ed by how amazing this place was. It had everything and the property manager couldn't have been nicer. We actually overstocked the home because we expected to need to, we did not need to. It had plenty of extra spices for the cookouts, condoments, etc. I recommend seeing what is there before you hit the grocery store. The pool table was perfect, pool was very clean and had a hidden volleyball net that we took advantage of. There is a poker set and several other games in the pantry to keep the fun going. All the rooms had more than enough room and the master suite was luxurious. It was a $7 cab ride to Westgate City Center which is full of bars/restaurants. I could not more highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Phoenix. Enjoy!
Owner response:Thank you Jen I'm glad you have a terrific time in our home in Az. I'm really glad you had a wonderful experience on your weddind day and congratulations by the way. Hopefully we'll see you again. Take care, Justin and Jill

The pictures do not do this house justice! My family did a mini family reunion here and LOVED it! It had everything we needed and was so comfortable. We are definately planning another trip and if we come back to AZ we definately will be staying here if it is available. Thank you for allowing your home to be our home away from home!
Owner response:Thank-you Sonia, I'm really glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and loved our home in Glendale. Hope to see you again. Thank-you, Justin

We came to Glendale for a family wedding, and this house was just perfect for 10 of us, 7 visiting from England. The location was fantastic, 2 miles to where our friends live, and of course for Westgate. We hosted a BBQ on the eve of the wedding for around 30 people. The outside space was amazing and had plenty of room to accommodate all our guests. The patio and pool areas were really lovely and everyone had much fun in the pool and huge garden. This house just worked so well for all our family and wedding needs, and would suit any large group or families to enjoy a memorable holiday.

This is a wonderful property. We were a group of eight guys playing golf for 3 days and honestly we golfed from daylight to dark every day so we really didn't use the house very hard but it was very comfortable and close to things we wanted to do. The owners were a breeze to work with. I Highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

We had a family reunion over the weekend and spend most of our time here at the house. Yes it was hot in Phoenix, but we didn't mind because this home was so big. There is so much living space that it wasn't bad having 15 kids (Age Range 1-15) run around, play in the pool, and just have a good time. The pool is about 5' deep at the most, and the whole family had fun playing volleyball in it. There are 3 different living rooms so plenty of space to relax. Pool table and dart board were fun to use, and we had an XBox hooked up to the Monster TV in the main living room all weekend. The pictures don't do the home justice, it is so much better in person. The location was perfect with WestGate just down the street and plenty of places to eat. There is only one fridge in the house, and the only suggestion we made was that a second fridge would have been nice. We barbeque'd several times over the weekend, to keep the heat out of the house. Air conditioning worked great. Tiger manages the home and he was very friendly and helpful. Any time I had a question, I just called him up. I would definitely stay here again. ANDERSON Cousin Reunion 2010!

We had a great time here when we stayed here for the Phoenix Volleyball Festival. We were 4 Dads and this was a great functional home with all the amenities. We were able to have our daughters over for 3 meals during the week and there was plenty of room for all. The owner and his team that look after this property were very friendly and extremely helpful. We had directions and some insight to the attractions and this made our stay very special. I would recommend this home for anyone, it has it all! But most of all great owners, it was our pleasure! Hope to come back next year!

My family and another shared this house while attending a nearby conference. There's nothing I can disagree with on the other reviews - we simply loved this place! We didn't have any problems with the house at all. Very large, comfortable home with plenty of things for the adults and kids to enjoy. We'll definitely stay again if the house is available! Thanks to the home owners and Tiger - you all rock!

We stayed in this house in September 2008 for a softball tournament. And house was absolutley amazing. There was so much room left over, and we had a good crowd in there too!. the pool was a really big plus, but when we were there the hot tub was not working, but who needs a hot tob in Phoenix?. But we had alot of fun, and there is enough room int he back yard that we had a cook out with all of the team players ans still ad room for the kids to do their own thing too. The master suite upstairs is incredible. The bathroom is HUGE along with a room-sized walk-in closet. This house has everything for anybody, including a two car garage. There is just so much to list!. all of the bathrooms were very nice, and there is alot of storage space all throughout the house along with alot of linens and sheets. The TV in the living room is nice for a movie night, but the pool is the all time best addition to this house. Anyone who stays in this house will DEFIENTLY have room and will appreciate all the space, for the little price!

We had a WONDERFUL family vacation over Spring Break '09. We will definitely rent this home again & would recommend it to anyone. It is very spacious & located in a nice, quiet neighborhood that is VERY close to lots of shopping & tons of restaurants, concerts, etc. If you're a large family or a couple of families looking for a nice place to stay which has it's own pool & hot tub, gorgeous covered patio w/gas BBQ, tons of seating for meals & just good 'elbow room' for going on vacation with others, this is your home! The owners are very easy going. There's 3 separate areas for watching TV, a great entertaining room w/pool table & darts, big screen tv, tv's in almost every room, outdoor stereo & misting system, 5 large bedrooms... so much to write about... seriously consider this rental... you won't be disappointed. It's hard to tell from pictures online because you don't know the area or the home but this one is a keeper! You'll want to go back again. :) Thanks Justin, Jill & Dave!!

We had a family reunion there over Thanksgiving -- The house is beautiful, spacious -- very well maintained-- the pool and hot tub are great -- we loved the covered outdoor barbeque and patio. There are too many amenities to mention. The adults loved having 3 separate living rooms with TVs to watch football, play Rock Band, and watch a movie - all at one time. The pool table room was a fun game room. The furnishings were luxurious. It was a pleasant surprise to find one bedroom that just fit my two young "princess" granddaughters -- even dress up clothes for them to play with. Justin and his manager Dave were terrific to work with. We want to make a visit to this home an annual event!

This home is huge! Great place if you have a lot of people that need a place to call home during your vacation. Lots of restaurants, grocery stores nearby. The neighborhood is very nice, and it was easy to find. Easy access to highway 101 which gets you everywhere pretty quickly. The pool area is great, and the patio area makes a perfect place to hang out with friends and have a drink. I would recommend this place to a large group needing a fun place to stay.

First off, this was way better than renting any hotel rooms.. Pool table, pool, Built in BBQ Island, water misters, TV's galore, full gourmet kitchen, not to mention five bedroooms. Location near Stadium was great. We were out of the parking lot and back at the house in the pool in 20 minutes. Renting the house was easy, working with Justin and Dave was a breeze. I highly recommend this house rental to anyone looking to stay in Glendale/Phoenix area.

This is an amazing home. First off the owners are just really nice people and very accomadating. Pictures don't do this property justice. This home has so much room and space for all. Our family went here for a graduation and had plenty of room. The pool table is great entertainment. Almost every room has a TV with Satellite. The backyard is a dream with a great grill and patio area with misters and the pool is gated for added protection. It was just a great place to stay. Not to mention they have a babysitter available with the house so we even got out a night with out the kids. The location is extremely close to the HWY and to the Westgate center which has a lot of enteretainment. Can't say enough about how wonderful are stay was.
