3 outdoor decks, large yard with gunite pool, amazing bay windows throughout the house that look straight down the canal and out onto the ocean. Great for entertaining, sit out on the deck and enjoy the beautiful views of Tiana Bay.
The House also comes with a 2005 22' Grady White Center Console. This is only available for experienced boaters at a cost of 200 per week...
