Just a few miles away you will find well manicured swimming and shelling beaches.
Looking for adventure? Just 5 miles to the west you will find many water parks and a great variety of restaurants. Fishing charters are available. Huron Boat Basin offers free weekend entertainment. Looking for Shopping? Sandusky Mall is one exit away on State Route 250 via conveniently located State Route 2. This house is located within 20 minutes of the Ohio Turnpike. I am a custom home builder in the Huron/Western Lake Erie area. I have been in the Real Estate/ Rental business over 20 years. I have travelled extensively throughout the United States. My one pet peeve is cleanliness. My company and I built 4 vacation rental homes near Lake Erie with the Guest's comfort in mind. 3 of the homes are handicap accessible.My company personally manages and cleans most of our units and we are always accessible via our cell phones. We also live within a 30 minute drive of the properties.
Why the Owner Chose Huron
Location, Location, Location! Whether you want to visit Cedar Point and all of their roller coasters or just hang out on the Lake Erie Islands you can do so in a matter of minutes. The Rye Beach properties have an association owned Park, Fishing Pier and Beach. This is all just a short stroll from the properties. You actually have views of the lake and can hear the waves crashing from the houses. This area of Ohio is called The Gold Coast and is visited by 7 million people yearly from all over the world! We are also the Walleye fishing capital of the world!
The Unique Benefits of this House
Again it's location and amenities. We continuously strive to improve the properties. The flower garden is coming along nicely and we just planted more bushes. The houses are almost new so everything is in working order and we used "green technology" whenever possible. The City of Huron has many Free events at the open air amphitheater overlooking the boat basin. There is even a weekly farmer's market.
