If you enjoy swimming but just not in salt water, the Las Brisas del Mar Condo Complex has a beautiful multi level pool in the center of the complex to keep you cool. The complex consists of 7 Buildings, with 6 individual residence per building. There is ample parking directly in front of each condo building.
The Master Suite is Ocean-side! Imagine waking up every morning to the sounds of the morning tide rolling in! This suite features a luxurious King-sized Bed, 27" plasma flat screen TV, private bathroom with shower, walk-in closet and double vanity.
The 2 Junior Suites are Volcano-side and feature plush Queen-sized beds, closet, nightstands, lamps and ceiling fans. The full bath is shared between the 2 Junior Suites.
The "state of the art" modern Kitchen is a gourmets delight. All dishes, cookware and utensils are supplied in this Panama condo for rent. All appliances are stainless steel. Countertops are granite. The breakfast bar has 4 Bar Stools.
The Dining Room in Las Brisas del Mar Condo presents a perfect view of the Pacific Ocean at Playa Barqueta and has comfortable seating for 6.
The Family Room has a fantastic sectional island style couch and chair, 32" plasma flat screen TV and cable.

This was our first trip to Panama. The condo was in excellent condition, with the pool and ocean right there. The resturant was good and the menu was also in English. We made a few day trips and came back to the condo to relax. The WI FI connection was fast and it had satallite for those TV watchers. If you are looking for a peaceful and beautiful place to stay, this is it. If we travel back to Panama we will definitely stay in the same condo again!

We had an extended stay in this unit in January 2009 and everything was in wonderful condition. We actually cooked quite a bit this trip and the kitchen has everything one could need. Everything is sparkling clean. This is a rather "away from it all" location which is just the way we like it. Local restaurants nearby are good. David has all the supplies you could need. We made several drives into the mountain towns, swam, finished a couple of books and came home totally relaxed. Internet and free long distance to the US made keeping in touch with our offices easy. The pool and beach are lovely. We loved the pool temperature. We would do evening swims - but mostly we floated around enjoying the stars. Plus, the fruit and veggies from the local stands were great. The local pinapple is better than Hawaii. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone who doesn't need a lot of nightlife or metro type entertainment.
Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, romantic getaway.

We enjoyed our two week stay in February 2009. We had a car and took a number of day trips in the area. Found a good market and grocery stores in David and did a lot of cooking in. Enjoyed your well equipped kitchen. Loved the beach and the pool. The sound and sight of the waves was tremendous from the condo. We did a lot of birding in the immediate area too. A super holiday place.

What a great time and a great place to stay in Panama. I have traveled to Panama for the last 14 years (maybe 30 times)...my wife and her family are from David, Panama. We stayed for a full week during Christmas/New Year, and the Condo was not only in the best shape of any rental I've stayed at, but a great location to travel to/from David, Boquete,Volcan/Baru, Las Lajas (beach), Costa Rica (about an hour drive to the border), and easy access to the plane/airport in David to fly to Panama City, Bocas del Toro/Changinola, and the Kuna Islands. It was great to have the 3 rooms (great new beds), 2 full baths, and view of the pacific ocean. Wi-Fi I cannot live without, so it was great to have access (and FAST) even on the patio deck overlooking the pool and ocean. There is very nice restaurant on the property (great service--English spoken and food)...just steps away to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner when you're not in the mood to cook. I would definitely recommend this condo to any 1st timer to Panama (very safe location) or repeat visitor who wants treat themselves to a gem. Felt very pampered there with the pool (heated and warm) or a dip in the ocean (careful with the waves...great for body surfing). A short drive to the main city of David when you want some action away from the peace and quite of the beach. David also has a great Casino to live it up ---hope you win! Panama Dan

We had a great stay in your condo. We were told it would be rainy because of it being the green season. But we had sun every day, followed by clouds and showers in the afternoon. The condo was clean and comfortable. Nothing can beat the sound of the waves. People living at the condos were very friendly and we all got together to watch the sunset one evening. There were two turtle releases at the beach in front of he local resturant. The second release was 400 baby turtles followed by a happy hour at Las Olas Resort. On our last day there was a local surfing competition and party. What a great week! Ron, Philadelphia, PA

We stayed at this condo a few weeks ago. FINALLY a place in Panama that is worth the visit! We loved the beach front places to eat next to the condo and the weather was great! This is a must see place to stay. If you are looking for American type lodging in Panama, this is it. Hope to come back soon!

We enjoyed staying in the condo this past week. Everything was perfect. It was so nice to have coffee every morning on the porch and look out at the ocean. We spent our days watching surfers catch waves and reading books on the beach. My friend loved the black sand and was surprised by how warm the ocean was. The view of the sunsets from the condo were beautiful. We walked over to the hotel restuarant for some great meals. The condo is such a great home base for exploring this part of Panama. We went up into the mountains to a town called Boquete and took a Yellow Jeep Tour. Saw 4 quetzals and visited a coffee farm. And were back at the condo in time to see the sunset. We cannot wait to return!

Dear Don We enjoyed our stay at your oceanfront condo in Panama, tremendously. The beach at La Barqueta is incredible it goes on forever and most enjoyable is the lack of people and noise - it is as nature is meant to be. Panama can be a busy and unfamilar place to visit but your unit at the Las Olas resort was well equipped with everything and the condo complex was well kept.
