Welcome to the famed Kiahuna Plantation Resort, located on the very desirable Poipu Beach. The Kiahuna sits on 35 acres of lush, tropical gardens, with orchids and lily ponds and boasts an expansive beachfront lawn surrounded by palm trees. The beach is a short stroll from our unit, #414, and is ideal for swimming and all water activities. The Kiahuna is the only beachfront condominium resort in Poipu.........it's the best location in the best-weather area of Kauai. Numerous guidebooks, The Travel Channel, Conde Nast, etc, rate Poipu among the top beach destinations worldwide.
Our condo is on the top floor,so sitting on the lanai you can lounge in total privacy,(no one can walk in front of you) and overlook treetops and the Partial Ocean View. (see photo--taken from the lanai).From here, enjoy the sight of blue water, sunrises and sunsets......enjoy coffee or cocktails with the ever-changing panorama of the Pacific right before you.
High ceilings, and wide sliding glass doors to the lanai contribute to an open, airy feel. The Lonely Planet Guide states that "top floor condos are best at the Kiahuna".
This condo is a one bedroom (king) plus pull-out sofa bed in the living room, maximum of 4 guests. Complete and newly remodeled kitchen, tile entry. Full bath, remodeled tile shower, with separate vanity area. Please note that there are stairs to the top floor (3rd story).
Right across the road, you will find the ten-court tennis complex and swimming pool, plus the Casa Blanca Restaurant--a two minute walk. Also on the grounds -- the well-regarded Plantation Gardens restaurant. And the highly professional, gracious management company, right on site, will issue your keys and answer all questions, helping to make your stay a joy.They are avaiable for you 24/7.

We are a retired couple living near San Francisco. We had been looking for the perfect place with a real island feel, and found Kauai to be more tropical and picturesque than Maui or Oahu. When we saw this condominium with a partial ocean view had come on the market, we bought it right away. We vacation here ourselves, several times per year, and take pride in keeping it attractive and comfortable. We are now seeing returning visitors, so we know we're providing a desirable vacation experience.

Jack was wonderful to work with; very accommodating and responsive. The condo location is conveniently located with shopping and restaurants in close proximity. The condo itself had everything you’d need, was nicely furnished, clean and very comfortable – especially the bed. The lanai was large with a very nice view of the ocean. I didn’t use the pool but kids will love the slide! The beach is a short, 5 minute walk from the condo and there’s a hut to get towels and beach chairs. The Plantation restaurant offered a small but very nice menu; I ate there several times. Be sure to sit on the porch overlooking the beautiful orchid gardens. Breakfast at Joe’s On the Green can get addicting. Andy’s Zodiac Boat tours was my most exciting excursion. The ocean was a bit rough this time of year, which made it that much more of an adventure. The drive to Hanalei Bay is a must do, as is Waimea Canyon. I have already recommended this property to friends as it made this a perfect vacation! Thanks again Jack and Susan.

We loved our stay. The Kiahuna is a beautiful complex and this condo is well furnished and comfortable. The view of the ocean is quite nice and this condo is close to the pool. This is a great place to stay on Kauai with tons of restaurants in walking distance. We hope to come back soon!

My husband and I spent a week here and can't wait to go back! We loved having our morning coffee out on the lanai which has a beautiful and relaxing view. The beach is a very short walk through the beautifully maintained grounds at the Kiahuna Plantation. We cooked many of our dinners in the unit in order to enjoy the lanai view but there are many nearby fabulous restaurants - the Plantation Gardens on the Kiahuna grounds is one of our favorites. The unit feels like home to us and we don't planning on staying anywhere else in Kauai for our future trips!!!

My husband and I had the privilege of spending time in this beautiful condo. It is private yet afforded us the opportunity to enjoy the beach, gardens and restaurants. It is clean and well-maintained. I would recommend Kauai and this condo to any one. We look forward to returning.

My husband and I loved it!!! Beautiful view, great breeze on the floor your place is located on, peaceful, romantic setting, and a short walk to one of the best beaches on the island. Perfectly located so we could walk to restaurants, beaches, stores, an amazing orchid garden, and to see seals sunbathing on the beach!! Your hospitality shines through in the way you have it set up. We cant wait to go back!

We had an amazing time in this well appointed unit at Kiahuna Plantation. The view of Poipu Beach from the Lanai is great and the trade winds keep the condo cool and comfortable. We could have easily cooked all our meals in the well equipped kitchen or on the nearby BBQ, but with all the great restaurants nearby within walking distance we got lazy! The bathroom fixtures were beautiful, the bedding was great, all around a perfect spot in paradise. I hope we can return and soon!
