Our gorgeous PHASE II 5TH FLOOR condo in the CABRILLO Building. It is 1630 sq ft with (3) large glass sliding doors to our 445 sq ft furnished patio. We have a large 'GREAT' room with full view of the pool area and SEA of CORTEZ .
Our FULL kitchen has modern cook wear plus we upgraded all of the condo's furnishings and added a lot of extras features for our guests to enjoy including beach games and beach chairs, board games, movies, music and an DVD & iPod hookups PLUS: baggies,aluminum foil, coffee creamers,catsup & mustard packs and kids dish wear..
We have also installed a SAFE for our guests use.

We stayed in this great condo with friends while in Rocky Point. It was not only beautifully appointed but very livable. The patio was wonderful and has a view to the sea. The owners have thought of every detail. I can also reccommend the restaurant at the resort 'Citroen" We had a brunch which was very good. If you are thinking of a visit to Rocky Point,this condo is a must! Kudos to the owners.............Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

I have been to Rocky Point many times to buy Shrimp, but I did not slow down to smell the roses until I found this Condo. For the last few years I have added 3 more days to my trips to stay at The Las Paloma with all the swimming pools.......This Condo, G-503, has everything a single person or a family could want. My girlfriend has informed me that the kitchen has everythig a woman could ever want. I have found the owners Rick and Linda VERY easy to deal with, they always make it so easy to book, and are truly concerened about your stay!!!! If you are staying in Rocy Point.....LOOK for the Las Paloma, G-503 for a great stay...........Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

We stayed in condo G503 at Phase 2 of Las Palomas for a week in October of 2012. The unit had everything that anyone could possibly need to have a relaxing, carefree and fun vacation. The entire unit is attractively decorated and comfortable. The bedrooms are large with cozy beds, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’ll need, there is a large living room and dining room area, in-suite laundry and best of all – a large patio with an unobstructed pool and ocean view. The condo is also stocked with pool toys, games, books and DVD’s. The resort is welcoming and beautiful. Phase 2 has the restaurant which has different themed buffet nights; the food is pretty good for a buffet. The pool area has lots of options (8-10 Pools, Lazy River, Hottubs). You can also use the pool area at Phase 1 where there is a water slide and hammocks to relax in. The beach is amazing – the water is warm and calm to swim in, and the when the tide goes out beachcombers can spend hours looking for treasures. Things you must try: Mango on a stick – Sold by a vendor on the beach Jessie’s Pina Colada Stand – Located on the road to the resort this little stand makes a yummy Pina Colada at a great price. Coconut Shrimp – Lighthouse Restaurant - overlooking the Old Port. A fantastic place to watch the sunset.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Despite my doubts on Rocky Point as a vacation destination (from rumors you hear)... this is a GREAT / PERFECT vacation spot if you are looking to completely relax! Right on the beach with an ocean front view, perfect scenery from the HUGE balcony that is fully furnished. We had a great time, nice large place and furnished beautifully. The condo was stocked with books, games and movies for those times you need to get out of the sun and cool down inside. The resort had great customer service all day and night. Rick and Lynda were wonderful to book with. When we arrived they checked in to make sure everything was going great at the condo and if there was anything he could help with to make our stay perfect. I would highly recommend Rocky Point as a vacation spot and this property to anyone!Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My wife and I have rented this condo from Rick several times since he bought it and have stayed there with our kids, grand kids and other family. The place is awesome and as well appointed as our home, if not better. Internet speeds are fast and dependable, cable tv was much better than I expeced while the resort amenities are world class. The lazy river, swim up bar, heated pool, gym, and golf course are all in great shape and always clean and ready to use. The onsite restaurant which also provides room service was great and really a surprisingly good value. We will be back for Christmas again this year and are counting down the days.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

Wow, we had a great time on our vacation, and this condo was amazing. We have a toddler and a baby and spent lots of time in the condo, with the spectacular views and amenities, it was still worth the trip! Rick (the owner) and the resort staff were very friendly and easy to work with. We went to the old port and bought scallops and shrimp and cooked in the condo (WOW WHAT A DINNER). We also spent lots of time in the pool (which was warm) and bought drinks at the pool bar (what fun). I would stay here again, and again! About the owner: My wife , Lynda, and I love the Las Palomas Resort and all it has to offer from great restaurants and swimming activities to fantastic golf. we live in Phoenix, Arizona. when we decided to furnish our condo we wanted our guests to 'feel at Home' thus we put a lot of extra effort into decorating and furnishing our condo along with lots of extras such as upgraded kitchen cook wear, packs of ketsup,mustard,coffee creamers,baggie, foil, books etc. plus kids games and movies. we have the ONLY two bedroom with a 'day' room that has a day bed plus tv/dvd. our 'great' room allow plenty of family living too. we also have an exclusive site for our condo..call for details. Guests can even book car insurance online.

We have vacationed at other Rocky Point resorts and found none that compare to Las Palomas in value,services,design and comfort for adults and kids.
