This oceanfront condo is situated with breathtaking views of the ocean. Just a few steps from the beach makes this condo convenient and fun. The condo is located on Wight street btw 136 & 137th Streets, which is like the Mayberry of Ocean city. Walk or ride a bike to restaurants, groceries, golf, shopping and bayside water activities.

Unit has a large living and dining area, 2 bedrooms, and 2 baths. Incredible views from your large private deck overlooking the ocean. Living room has a flat screen TV and DVD player.

You will love this place. No high rise condo units nearby. 2 floor unit. Building has only 4 units. 2 car parking underneath.

We don't want you to wait in traffic or in long lines. Therefore our rentals during summer months are scheduled from Sunday to Sunday.

We DO NOT rent to anyone under 21 years old. Family rentals.

  • Thanks for sharing your condo. We had an awesome time. Plenty of room and you had everything we needed: beach towels, chairs & beach toys. No noise at night. Slept great. Convenient location too ! The view was spectacular and we saw dolphins 5 out of the seven days we were there. It was wonderful !!!!

  • What a wonderful place! Clean and modern with an AWESOME view right on the beach! Plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys along with all of the conveniences of home make this a great condo for a family. We'll be hopefully returning next year! Thanks again.

  • Very nice cozy place, lots of amenities I never thought a condo owner would provide. The kids loved their bedroom, both the 8 and 13 year old. Exactly how it's described!
