Vista Del Mar - Dorado, Puerto Rico Vacation Rental "Vista Del Mar" was designed with special attention. Our aim was to give you, the client, the ability to capture the view of the horizon. This was accomplished by designing the master bedroom and living room with multiple windows as well as patio doors leading out into the balcony so you can enjoy a cup of coffee, gaze out into the ocean waves or read the newspaper in your own privacy. "Vista Del Mar" consist of three (3) bedrooms, two (2) bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room, front and back balconies, and foyer. Plan your own special dinner or travel to the many excellent restaurants. At the client's request, there is a limousine on call 24 hours (for an extra fee). "Vista Del Mar" is truly a piece of Heaven on Earth. It features "Kikita Beach" which is paradise for surfers and divers. You can also walk to “Ojo del Buey or otherwise known as The Ox's Eye” and enjoy a nice day with the family. The Hyatt Dorado Beach Resort & Country Club is nearby. Dorado Del Mar which features Chi Chi Rodriguez golf course; Embassy Suites; Cinemas, Walgreen, McDonald, Burger King, Baskin Robbins, Post Office, Hospital, and can't forget those Kiosko, all within walking distance. Corporate Leasing(short and/or long)is available at very good DISCOUNT prices!! 24 hour security cameras, and parking provided within premises. No smoking! PENTHOUSES ARE EXTRA $100 PER/NIGHT Hurry and book your reservation. Private access to sanded area of the beach. Sales Tax not included (.07). Penthouses cost extra. CANCELLATION POLICY: Must cancel within 4 days of signing rental contract
to receive full refund. Sales Tax .07 not included in quotes above.
$300 Security Deposit, plus $95 Cleaning Service, $395 Total.
