This two bedroom, two bath retreat features a wide open backyard with beautiful mountain and golf course views, spectacular sunsets, in an upscale, adult community with outstanding golf, swimming and health club facilities and great restaurants within the facility ! Most homes in Sun City Grand back up to each other and have small backyards with little privacy. This home is uniquely positioned so that it has an expansive backyard (where you will occasionally see rabbits and quail scamper by) with privacy and long views across the golf course with Mountain Views to your left and right.
