This home is in a great location for summer with easy access to beach just 10 blocks away, yet easy access to close exit roads out of beach area if planning on getting out and seeing the rest of San Diego!
Home is three levels and affords plenty of privacy for a group. Pacific Beach is nestled in between La Jolla and Mission Beaches and is just minutes from Sea World. Please email or call for exact location. This is a private home and not a party house rental. Please observe and respect quite residential hours between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am when outside.
