There are 4 queen beds, two single beds, one crib and two sleeper sofas. The kitchen is well stocked. A family room that steps out to a covered porch over looking the lake and a well manicured landscape. Two of the bedrooms have a private vanity area and there are 3 full bathrooms.
The master bedroom opens to a deck overlooking the lake. Outside there is a hot and cold shower, water and yard toys and a floating dock.

We are just minutes to the capital city of Columbia,(very close to I-20 at exit 97) less that two hours to Charleston and three and a half to Atlanta Georgia. We are one block to a boat ramp and by water just minutes from two of Lake Murray's finest Marinas and the spectacular 1.5 mile long Lake Murray Dam. The house is very clean and well furnished. It is in a nice Rural area and on a large wooded lot. The lake is nationally known for its Bass fishing, which is great right off the dock.
