This studio was given the highest possible rating (1) by the Majestic Beach Resort's rental management company.
This unit features a KING SIZE BED complete with a premium mattress/linens, a full size kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, and utensils. There is even a full size bathroom; complete with a JACUZZI tub! This unit also features a 32 inch SONY BRAVIA LCD HDTV with cable and a SURROUND SOUND THEATER SYSTEM with a DVD player for your entertainment!!
This studio is on the Majestic Beach Resort's owner's referral program. The renting process is as follows: your name, phone/contact number, email address, desired dates and quoted price will be forwarded to the coordinator of the owner referrals program at the Majestic Beach Resort. When she receives your information, she will contact you via telephone and the first night's rent plus the 12.11% tax will be due at this time in order to secure your desired dates. As soon as the unit is reserved, you will receive a confirmation email from the Majestic Beach Resort detailing your secured reservation. The remainder of your nightly balence and the Majestic's $40 cleaning fee will be due at check-in. Once you check-in, you will receive the keycards to the unit, the pool/property wristbands, and a parking pass to the covered garage for your vehicle. ALL FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS WILL BE HANDLED BY AGENTS FROM THE MAJESTIC BEACH RESORT!!!!
