Your home away from home awaits you at site V-2. This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with a full kitchen. One bedroom has a full size bed, another has 2 twin beds, the other bedroom has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and single on top. House sleeps 7 comfortably. There is room in the living room for an air mattress, if you need extra space. The kitchen has a full size, side by side refrigerator and freezer with ice maker. (There is not a washer or dryer).
The home is on a large corner lot at the beginning of a dead end street, which makes it the perfect place for small children wanting to cycle, play ball or skateboard, as there is little drive thru traffic. Street beside the home is a straight shot to the beach. Only a few minutes ride on a bike.
Home has deck across the front and side. The house has trees that offer great shade on one side of the deck, or you can sun on the other. Corner lot also allows a nice breeze to flow.
Parking for at least 3 vehicles, 4 if they are smaller.
Supplies you need to bring include Linens, paper products such paper towels, toilet tissue and paper plates, and towels.
Cleaning supplies, including vacuum will be provided for you to clean at your departure. In the event the home is not cleaned, a portion of your deposit will be withheld for cleaning service.
No smoking allowed inside, Pets are not allowed.
Golf cart IS NOT included in this rental
