Enjoy our canal front pool home located 1/2 mile from 5th Avenue,"Old Naples", Tin City and Naples Bay Resort. This house has it's own private pool with spa, screened lanai, and large boat dock with lift. You can bring your power boat or rent one nearby. Located only 1.5 miles to the Naples beach and very close to numerous world class golf courses.
The home was recently remodeled and completely furnished with everything needed for a south Florida vacation including linens, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. Excellent water view from pool deck and large dock for sunbathing. The pool deck has a portable pool fence to keep small children away from the water. Sleeping accommodations include a King in the Master, queen beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, with twin pull-out day beds in the den, plus sleeper sofa for a total of ten.
We rent by week, month or 3 day weekend. The home can be seen at our own website.
