We only have a few weeks left to rent. Make your reservation now and you can enjoy the view of Lake Tahoe from the living room and from the hot tub on the deck of this beautiful home! Our 2000 sf home has three bedrooms and two and a half baths. It's available from May 15-June 22, June 30-July 6, July 20-27.
We have tried to equip our home for your vacation fun and ease. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a HD/TV and VCR. The master has a king sized bed and a nice tub and shower. The guest bath also has a nice tub and shower. The guest rooms have queen beds.
There is another queen bed in the sofa in the living room. The office has a computer and a "chair and a half" that makes into a single bed.
Incline Village is considered the Carmel of Lake Tahoe. Restaurants, shopping, the beach, tennis, golf, the recreation center with pool, a casino with gambling, are all nearby.
There are three private beaches in Incline Village and if you request it, you can have a pass to access the beaches. One of the beaches has a pool. They all have BBQ and picnic facilities and there is a boat ramp.
In the summer, you can enjoy our two person ocean kayak and our bicycles. There are many golf courses close by and lots of hiking nearby.
In the winter, five major ski areas are within a half hour drive. Diamond Peak Ski Resort is just up the road. Cross-country skiing and snow shoeing are also available.

We truly had a great time at your lovely home with our kids there. Happy memories were made with our kids. The house is spotless, large, warm, and very well equiped. We really enjoyed the hot tub on the patio with lake view. Thank you!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

About the owner: Loretta and Larry are long time visitors to the Lake Tahoe area. We have spent a great deal of time exploring the Tahoe region. We are cross country skiers, backpackers, and hikers. As a professional photographer, Larry has spent many years capturing the beauty of lake Tahoe.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes:
We were drawn to our vacation home by the location in Incline Village. The home is comfortable and spacious, has a view of the lake, with a lot of light, windows, and wood.
