As you enter the gated community of Island Quay this beautiful home sits approximately 8 lots from the beach. The neiborhood basically consists of a single road ending in a coda sac. With no through traffic the approximate 200 yard walk to the beach is safe for children. A beautiful board walk takes you from the neiborhood onto the beach in style and is well lit for evening hour strolls to the beach. The boardwalk offers two showers that allow you to rinse off the sand before returning home.
The neighborhood pool is literally in your back yard which allows you to keep an eye on friends and loved ones enjoying the pool, from the wrap around deck, balconey off the master suite, or even the kitchen window.
The house is comprised of 3 stories with covered parking on both sides. The first floor consists of 1 BR (1 Q Bed), 1/2 Bath, and Laundry. The second floor includes 2 BR's (1 Q Bed in each), 1 Bath, Living Area, Dinning Area, Kitchen, and exits to a wrap around deck on the front and ocean side. The top floor provides a very spacious Master Suite (1 Q Bed) with full bath and quaint outside sitting area overlooking the pool. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off following the day at the pool or beach.
The house is fully furnished with all the amenities. TV/DVD & Stereo w/CD in the living area and TV's in 3 of the 4 bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The laundry room includes large full size washer and dryer.
This is the first year this home has been released for rentals. It is very clean and well maintained. This is a Friday - Friday rental that will allow you a full uninterrupted weekend during your stay. |
