This oceanfront beach house was the perfect retreat for a beary special birthday weekend. Felt like home from our first step through the door. The panoramic views of the ocean were breathtaking – quite picturesque!
The home was fully equipped with everything we could have needed from linens to pots & pans. There was also an outside shower for rinsing off sand from excursions to the beach. With two double car garages, there was ample parking available for our party as well.
You may have heard great grandpa bear tell the story about ‘Goldie Locks and the Three Bears’ and how he liked his bed firm and hard. Well, I must admit this next generation appreciates true comfort. All of the beds at this beach house in Seaside were like sleeping on a cloud – once you layed down, your entire body was supported in complete relaxation. I couldn’t help but close my eyes and say, “This is just right.”
This incredible vacation rental has something for everyone:
• stroll through the dunes to the beach
• make a fire on the sand before sunset to roast marshmallows and sing songs
• relax in a comfy chair reading a good book with the view of the ocean at a glance

This is the second year my mom and I have rented this house, and it's by far the best rental we've had in the 20+ years we've been coming to Seaside. The house has plenty of space, is plushly decorated and has a large back deck. During our stay, we were invited over to the neighbor's rental house two doors down, which was larger and newer. This property had no deck overlooking the beach, and I much preferred our house. We were so sad to leave after four days, and vowed to rent it for at least 7 days next year. This rental is a steal at the listed price. Totally worth it!!!

This was a terrific beach house for a girls get-away!! We had 11 gals (we all graduated high school together!) and we were so comfortable! Room enough for all! The layout is perfect - some of the night owls gathered in the Family Room - away from the bedrooms and did not disturb the others! The kitchen was great - we took turns cooking dinner and had everything we needed! The best thing though is the view! You are ocean front and we walked the beach and the boardwalk took us into town - where we shopped the great boutiques! We would recommend this to anyone who wants the best spot on the beach!

The beach house was clean and beautiful. Great location, the first night we walked in on the Promenade for dinner. During our stay we enjoyed exploring the coast from Astoria to Manzanita but also sitting on the deck and listening to the waves. There was just four of us but the house could have easily accommodated twice as many people. Great vacation house!

Sean: Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful beach house with us on September 10 through 12, 2011. The spacious floor plan and tasteful furnishings and decor were beyond our expectations even though we had seen pictures and read others' very complimentary reviews. It was a perfect spot to celebrate our anniversary and share memories and laughter with family and friends. Everyone loved the house! The location was also "over the top". Most of us enjoyed walks along the promenade and the easy access to the ocean and all of us enjoyed long hours watching the ocean from the comfort of the living room. The only down- side is that the three days went by much too quickly. We enjoyed every minute! The Freeman Family

Our family had such an enjoyable time together in this house. It was so comfortable and had such great views of the ocean and the boardwalk. It was not only fun to play on the beach, but walking the boardwalk that was close enough to the house was fun also. It takes you right into town where there's plenty of shopping, a carousel, lots of different rides that kids can play on, etc. We were lucky to be able to eat our dinner outside every night at their big picnic table, with plenty of room for our family of 11. Fires on the beach were so much fun! The whole trip was and I'm so blessed that we were able to find such a great place! The owner was always helpful in answering any questions or concerns too.

Our family enjoys traveling and we usually rent a house for our stays. We have come to have low expectations because many times people put their old, used furniture, linens, etc. in their vacation rentals... well not here. This beautifully furnished and decorated home with a spectacular view and close proximity to everything was amazing. We had a great family reunion and celebrated my mother's 80th birthday with memories of a lifetime. I highly recommend this home and look forward to taking the family there again soon. A few friends and I thoroughly enjoyed this home for nearly a week. It is very well appointed and includes and excellent sound system. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal for a large gathering. We can't wait to return.

This home is huge! We loved hanging out with each other here. There are virtually two large livingroom areas. The family room is upstairs, not downstairs (I couldn't tellby the pictures) so all the activites are upstairs but for sleeping. That makes the 2 bedrooms in the basement high on privacy though remote. Downtown Seaside was only a short walk away, grocery, thirft shops, theater, arcade all readily available but we felt like we had all the privacy we needed- just us and the ocean. Start the laundry early, takes longer than you think. We loved our Spring Break vacation, how awesome would this be in the summer!

My family and I traveled to Oregon for part of our Spring Break. This property is everything the website says and more. The owners were very helpful and very pleasant to correspond with. The home is warm and clean and the view is breathtaking! Short walk to Seaside and its unique shops. I would highly recommend this property for anyone traveling to Seaside Oregon. We had a great time at your house in Seaside! We loved preparing meals with our extended family who came from Portland, Seattle, Sacramento and Roseville, CA. The house truly was a great place to watch the storms we had on Sunday/Monday and enjoyed sitting and playing games by the fire. We will definetly be back!
