Why the Owner Chose Private Homes, Championship Golf Course
We had been visiting the lake for several years and fell in love with Incline Village. We finally bit the bullet and purchased our first house in 1985. We sold that house and purchased the one in 2000. What attracted us was the close proximity to beaches, skiing, boating, tennis, hiking and of course golf. But just as important was the exclusive setting of the village and it's modern facilities: library, pool, gym, etc.
The Unique Benefits at this House
As you can see from the photographs, the house is located next to the golf course. The large deck provides a panoramic view of the golf course....which at times can be quite entertaining!
The deck is sunny and gives us that relaxed feeling of being in the mountains and away from it all, yet we are really quite close to the main shopping areas which can be quite convenient.

We met in the west indies, Jamaica to be exact, and immigrated to the USA in 1974.
My wife is Scottish and I am Trinidadian. We originally lived in San Francisco but moved to Los Angeles in 1998.
