There are extensive window areas, including a solarium, that look out on the beauty of the surrounding hillsides. The ample redwood deck fronting the house provides a wonderful space to relax or entertain friends.

The interior of the cottage has a light, open feeling and boasts a chef's kitchen with a Jennair cooktop, as well as hardwood floors, a wood stove fireplace, and a freshly remodeled bathroom.

Centrally located and easy to reach, this home is less than a twenty minute drive from the charming wine country towns of Healdsburg, Sebastopol, Occidental and Guerneville, all of which offer outstanding shopping and dining opportunities. The Sonoma Coast is approximately thirty minutes away and the Russian River is within walking distance.

This is a peaceful hideaway in which to spend a week or a weekend enjoying all that Sonoma County has to offer...wine tasting, golfing, wandering on the beach, canoeing down a quiet stretch of river, cycling, hiking or meandering amongst some of the tallest trees in the world. The dining and shopping are not to be beat, and of course, just sitting on the deck or nestled in front of the fire reading a book can be the greatest of pleasures.
