Superior golf frontage on Glenview Country Club Golf Course, with lovely pond that hosts many birds and ducks. (8th men's tee box location) .

Mature Floridian landscaping with magnificent palms. house has soothing Floridian decor with peaches and seafoam greens. open airy living area with vaulted ceiling. All rooms have ceiling fans. Den has desk area if you would like to bring your computer, and has a door out to the lanai.

Village of Belle Aire and is located about 5 miles from either of the two town squares with nightly entertainment and about 2 miles from the Publix Shopping Centers and gas stations.

Golf cart is included in the rental rate and is usable on the golf courses and to attend the multitude of activities by access on the golf cart paths and tunnels throughout the villages.
