Destin's white sandy beaches and warm Gulf waters, numerous restaurants, friendly southern hospitality, and fun family activities will make your vacation fun and relaxing. Our drive up two story condo overlooks a lake (from two large balconies) filled with wildlife, and has easy access to hwy 98 with a very short stroll over the lake's footbridge to the beach. You can drive across the street for groceries or pick up a Starbucks at Target, shop at up-scale stores in nearby Destin Commons, Baytown Wharf, and San Destin or visit Super-Wal-Mart, Marshalls, Fresh Market, movie theaters or numerous other local shops nearby.
Our condo has been totally upgraded this year, with new carpets, new kitchen cabinets, lighting, fans, and granite kitchen counter tops. It has an expandable dining table which can easily seat 6. Two bedrooms with queen size beds and an pull out couch allow sleeping for 6. The two bedrooms are downstairs with living/dining/kitchen and 1/2 bath and washer/dryer on second floor. There are ceiling fans in every room, garbage is picked up twice a day outside your front door, and there is no waiting for an elevator or fighting crowds in a lobby.
Both pools are large and there are two kiddy pools as well. Outside on the second floor deck are 4 lounge chairs and a table with umbrella. For golfers there are numerous challenging courses nearby, deep sea fishing nearby at Destin Harbor, snorkeling in crystal clear Gulf waters, or just relax on the beach and read a good book. Tennis players will love the two lighted courts. Children can spend hours at the Big Kahuna Water Park almost across the street. We maintain our vacation condo as if it were our own home and are continually up grading its appearance. We do not allow pets or smoking inside the unit please. Destin is a great place to vacation and our condo makes it easy and fun. Just drive up-park- and go to the beach.
